«Don't expect what you don't inspect. The initial room we were given was not even clean! I found at least 7 things and wasn't even looking. The toilet is so small it was only for a child. After discussing with front desk we were moved to a more appropriate room which was clean.»

Every night when returning from Dinner we had to go inside and hand over our keys to them and then proceed the opposite direction to our room. Additionally, the water temperature of the showers just fluctuates out of no where. It actually becomes dangerously hot where you will have to jump away from the water. It is amazing how management has taken one of the best group of workers and turned them into some of the worst group of workers. Of course this is all in the name of greed and recognizing what they got away with during Covid. So they charge $25.00to have your sheets changed.
