«Rooms were wonderful and the staff was so attentive and friendly. Great location so close to Sakuramachi, the shopping arcade, and the Kumamoto Castle and right across the street from the tram station. Staff was very accommodating when we arrived at midnight for check-in. Got a room on the 12th floor with a nice view of the town. The bath was nice and relaxing. The hotel is very very close to the train station! All in all a recommended place to stay while in Kumamoto
