Hi Melanie, the homeowner was surprised to read your review, and would like to clarify the following: -We spoke with you during your stay and you didn't mention these concerns to us. We wish you did, as we would've done all we could to resolve them. -The water system has been changed and is safe to drink. -Our carpet is not damaged. We found an edge that was slightly loose, and we've repaired it. -We use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect the property and guests can decide before booking if the decor meets their expectations. -We are sorry if the blinds were dusty. That is not something we clean every time, but we will be mindful of cleaning them more often. -The main bedroom can feel small because there is a king-size bed, and we feel guests enjoy it over a queen-size bed. -We don't advertise a TV, nor is one photographed. -We apologize if any spiders were seen during your stay. We get our property professionally sprayed regularly, and any that enter the home are usually small. -We do ask if guests bring their dogs that they clean up after them. -Our checkout/cleaning procedures are very common for vacation rentals. We truly do all we can for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

Leeann, I'm glad you thought the house was super cute but that you had issues. - We do not advertise a TV I had Evolve check and it is not a listed amenity. - Wifi for the cabin can be spotty, but I usually advise guests if they move the hotspot to a new window it usually resolves the problem, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. - There is a remote control to regulate the temperature because there is a division between the downstairs and the rest of the house we were sure to provide you with a space heater. - Since your stay, we have installed rubber mats on the stairs for traction.
