This is a great stay for the family and pet, and will surely leave you with an understanding how great living in Sheridan really is! Starting at the front door, you will have full access and use of the home 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with! 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, cozy 2 living rooms, dining room, 2 queens, 1 Queen/twin bunk bed, and air mattress is available! + AN INCREDIBLE VACATION IN A V VINTAGE, COZY, AND QUIRKY FUN HOME! When we say experience a local home, we mean it! This 3 bedroom home is 5 minutes from the very best Sheridan has to offer! Downtown you will find great antique stores, wine bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shopping are all a short distance away. Stroll the area, or enjoy hiking the trails, the park down the street, or dog park nearby with all the furry friends! Red-grade Road is a popular route up the mountain face, open in the spring and summer season although closed to cars in the winter. If you still want to see the mountains but prefer less rugged or are traveling in a 2WD vehicle, head up above Dayton, Wy to find a highway leading right to lake Sibley, Steamboat Rock and much more! Museums and historic landmarks fill the area with an award winning golf course only 10 minutes away! We look forward to welcoming you to your home away from home. Getting Around:
Sheridan Wyoming is a perfect sized community, although you can walk to many locations sometimes a drive is preferred. You will find most attractions are under 10 minutes away, some 30-60 minutes, but well worth the scenic drive! Museums and incredible restaurants, kendrick park and more are all within walking distance! Need a ride?? Contact us to learn more about our rental car options, or local shuttle services! (Depending on when you contact us, we may have a Tesla Model 3 fully charged and ready to go for you!) With only a short drive or walk you can enjoy all of the food, activities, breweries and attractions Sheridan has to offer! If the nightlife is not your go-to cozy up on the couch in the living room and read a book or watch your favorite show while enjoying Wyoming.
Other Things to Note:
Please note the neighbors are incredibly friendly, you are staying in a very safe and friendly neighborhood, you will have 100% privacy and your own house. Please note that this house has been thoroughly disinfected after each guest for your comfort and safety with all CDC recommended guidelines followed strictly. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on-premises. $300 fine for any smoking/vaping on-premises. Wyo Stays Pet Policy: $15 Per Pet Per Day. Please clean up after pets and to not have pets on furniture! $300 fine for any pet mess not cleaned up after including yard. Strictly Enforced. Military discount offered upon request and with proof of Duty. No loud music, quiet time after 10 pm. Cancellation policy strictly enforced. For parking at this property you may park in the driveway or on the street, for 1-2 cars/trucks. If you have a trailer there is parking at the end of the block, or you may park it on the street near the home, just please be mindful of the neighbors. Be SURE the neighbors have a clear line of sight out of their driveways, thank you! The street parking is shared with other homes. Trash and Recycling can be found on the right hand side of the driveway in white fencing.
