«The front desk lady was so helpful in suggesting things to do for a birthday at the end of December in the area. She was very kind as well. The suite we got was absolutely clean and had the best view of the ocean from our private balcony. This resort had everything I was looking for at the best price I have ever paid for a place with this many things to offer. I was very pleased that the pools were still open at the end of December. «Came to PCB for an impromptu bowling tourney and stayed here since it was in close proximity to the bowling center. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was adorable and was assigned on the first floor, which was fine because the back door gave us direct access to the beach! The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was perfect and had no plumbing issues at all. Sure there was a few stains here and there around the room and bathroom, but its ON THE BEACH!
