This place should be condemned. They smoke cigarettes in the office. No one is there, there is a sign that reads “under new management” with a guys cellphone number that you’re supposed to call. We made a reservation months in advance and he told us we didn’t have one and the price was double. I would avoid this place at all costs. The area itself is in the middle of nowhere and I’ve never felt more “watched” and unsafe.

There are new owners here and the rate shown on Hotels.com is not the rate. They also are NOT pet friendly as Hotels.com advertised. The girls working there were very nice and worked with us. Much appreciated after traveling many miles that day.

A check in nightmare .. When i came in for check in the manager told me to pay me more then what actually i had paid on expedia. He said expedia does this poor marketing.. after one hour of tiring discussion he gave me my room and took my sign for charging me more than what i paid throu expedia

Die Unterkunft hat einen neuen Besitzer, dessen Verhalten alles andere als seriös erscheint. Ich habe bereits eine Beschwerde und Bitte um Erstattung der zu Unrecht erhobenen Mehrkosten bei Expedia eingereicht. Falls die Unterkunft weiterhin auf der Plattform angeboten werden sollte, am besten die Finger davon lassen.

I booked this hotel, but when I arrived I was checked in to the hotel across the street, The Glacier Gateway Plaza. I assume the same cheapskate owns both. First thing I noticed was the poor upkeep of the hotels and the hotel grounds. This hotel had had no renovations since it was built eons ago. The door to my room had no extra security lock on it that provides ability to open door to and still preventing entry. The deadbolt on the door was not in line with the door frame so that was useless as well for added security. I was at the mercy of the flimsy latch that was the only thing keeping the door closed. There was a place for a smoke detector in the ceiling but there was no detector installed! Shower curtain was extremely moldy. All the caulking in the bathroom was bearly there. The hall ice machine was broken during the entire stay. There was no hangar bar in the closet, so you couldn't hang up any clothes if you wanted to. The continental breakfast was not even that. No coffee, dry cereal, and a waffle maker. On my last day they didn't even bother to put anything out at all for breakfast. Cheap stay, but the worst experience ever. A Hostel would provide more. Do yourself a favor and spend more to avoid this nightmare!

Clean and comfortable room. Shower head and faucet need attention. Looks like it needs paint on the outside. Wi-Fi was available in the check-in area, but did not have the range to reach the room.

I wish to dispute a reservation for a room in a derelict motel, Glacier Gateway Inn, in Cut Bank, Montana. I discovered this when I arrived to check into the motel. Due to the appalling, unacceptable condition of the motel that I had booked through Orbitz, I had to check into another motel nearby. Therefore I wish to receive a refund of the payment I made at the time of booking. Manfred Weber

Booked my room when got to motel says call this # for front desk clerk. Called number no answer. Left voice-mail and text stating we had a booking. Called again and they shut their phone off. Didn't get to check into our room. Had to find a different motel in the next town.

For the price The room is okay,The bed is comfortable. Basic breakfast. Wi-fi and TV works great. Its in the middle of nowhere so lower your expectations. There's a gas station across the street that has some sandwiches/noodles etc.

The price and the room seemed clean.was the only thing I liked Doors were not secure, smelled of strong disinfectant, no ice, looked like a dump from outside. A half full drink bottle sat by the reception desk the whole time we were there.

Terrible. Dirty and seemed unsafe. Front doors to building permanently unlocked and thus open to whoever walks by. Isolated, run down area. Sign said no front desk staff ever available in the building (phone number provided on sign instead). Chair in (non-smoking) room had loose burned tobacco laying on it. Carpets were visibly stained. In the middle of the night people who appeared either drunk or high were sitting in the lobby and out in front of the unlocked building.
