  • About this space:
    Renovated 1930's home located in the historic downtown district within walking distance of breathtaking views of Lake Michigan, trails, parks, shopping, dining, Kohler Art Museum, Children's Museum and more! You will enjoy the 1200 square foot, two bedroom renovated upper unit of this historic home. Great care was taken to keep the old world charm. We know you will enjoy our "Blast from the Past" as you play records, tapes, and cd's. Send inquiry on big discounts on stays ore than 2 days!

    The space:
    Our home boasts a boiler heat system
    The major benefit to the traveler is that it's much less drying during winter months. We also include a one car garage with opener and keypad. Electronic locks for super easy access also!

    Guest access:
    You will have access to entire upstairs apartment including upper deck, one car garage, and washer/dryer in the basement.

    Other things to note:
    Dogs are okay with an additional one-time $100 fee and advance notice. No cats please.

Stayed here for a short girls trip and had a blast. The whole place was clean, the check in and out instructions were very clear, Marty was quick to respond and the kitchen was more than well stocked for when we cooked there. Look forward to coming again!

We came for a girl's weekend and the house was perfect for us. The location is great (walking distance to town), the house was clean and we appreciated having the well stocked kitchen. I would definitely stay again!

Very clean and quaint with a great location. Host was very helpful and attentive. Very nice small touches throughout. Well stocked kitchen. Great directions and lists to local spots. Will stay here again when we come back. Garage parking was a plus.

What an awesome place!Just blocks from the Riverwalk, the Marina and downtown.Very clean and well appointed; our lovely host Marty left us with a bottle of wine and a light snack to start our vacation.Communication with Marty was prompt and helpful.One of best aspects was the use of a single car garage the held both our SUV and my bicycle…huge perk, as well as being a pet friendly stay.We felt so welcome!Overall, a five star place that we definitely plan to return to!

Spotless and nicely decorated upper floor apartment in central location, close to everything Sheboygan has to offer. Walk to restaurants/shops/arts museum/ice cream spot/beach/pickle ball courts/light house. The apartment has a very well equipped kitchen and the two queen beds were comfortable. We played old vinyl records and there are plenty of board games for any rainy day. We'd love to come back!

Great stay!!

We have family in town and stayed 3 nights. The place was cozy and welcoming. The mattresses are very comfy and the kitchen is nicely equipped. The decorating is tasteful and the radiators are so fun to see again. Nice bathroom and shower. Very enjoyable!!

NFL Draft Trip

Such an enchanting and beautiful home. Thanks for allowing us to experience such a nice place. It reminds me so much of one of my boyhood homes. I love the beautiful oak woodwork and doors. Nice quiet and safe location. Dan O

Great place in great location

Spent the weekend to be close to the P1 Offshore boat races. Not only was the place super adorable and well kept, it was in the perfect location to all the boat events. So close to downtown, restaurants and marina. Marty is an exceptional host and was quick to answer any questions I had.Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to check out beautiful Sheboygan and all it has to offer!
