«The cabin was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked. The location was perfect for us. Surrounded by Oak woodlands above Butte Creek, peaceful and beautiful. The wildflowers were everywhere during our visit! We arrived on a very hot day, 95 degrees. Thankfully they had turned the air conditioning on so we were immediately comfortable. «We visited for 4 days and stayed a 5th day so we could get another day of skiing in. We were comfortable, the place was heated, warm, cozy and away from everything which is what we wanted. There’s a store in town (Reeds) where you can grab groceries, Redding is a half hour away, Shasta 1.5 hours. Peace, quiet, Serenity, good for the kids to run around.
