歴史あるホテルに魅了されます、長いうち廊下に素晴らしい名画名器及びコーヒーショップなどを二つ新旧建物繋がっております、滞在中に存分に楽しめる名門ホテルです。サービスも十分に行き届き、特に【礼賓部】と言う部門はお客様の要望に尽力してくださるのです。滞在中別部屋の生活騒音に悩まれ相談したら直ちに静かな部屋に変更してくださいました、大変感謝しております。次の機会このホテルにお泊まりに行きたいです。

Couldn’t be better. Rooms were plush. The river view is amazing, so be sure to get a river view if you will be spending any time in the room. It was my husbands birthday and they put balloons and a lovely cake for him. We loved it!

这次近一个月的中国之行，我们待了几家高档酒店，其中，上海璞丽、南京Ritz Carlton，以及两家Waldorf Astoria - 北京和上海，我们印象深刻。他们各部门员工服务热诚，带给我们温暖的回忆，我们很感谢。除了整体品质出众之外，我们最喜欢璞丽的装饰风格和专业服务，南京RC的温暖服务，特别值得一提的是早上自助餐经理Bella Chen给我们优质印象，以及WA一流的建筑和装饰。我们希望能有机会再来一趟中国行，再能待在这几家酒店。除此之外，若是我還能有些要求的话，我希望北京WA早上自助餐厨房工作人员能在我享用早餐时，稍稍安静点！另外，就是能在RC、WA多听到些播放的合适中国音乐。

A very bad and unpleasant experience
Disappointing experience. We have struggled during our stay because we don’t speak Chinese. During my stay, the hotel was full of security guards who were not letting us get inside the hotel for a long period, because some important person was visiting. The hotel didn’t warn us or notify us ahead of this. Every time we ask concierge to book taxi for us the process was not easy to follow and takes very long time and you have to walk some distance to meet the taxi driver in a different location because taxis are not allowed to stop near hotel entrance. Overall the stay was disappointing and I can’t recommend this hotel at all.

Highly recommend for WALDORF Shanghai
It's a very good accommodation experience in WALDORF Shanghai. Nice hotel environment, nice and professional staff of every functional department. I will be back here for family trip for sure since this time is for business. WALDORF is very suitable for both business and family trip. The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the most famous sightseeing spot: BUND. No worry for the food and shopping, everything you need just nearby on foot. Highly recommend for WALDORF Shanghai.

When I enter the hotel through the entrance of old building. Nobody assist to open the door, whether is sunny or rainy. I don’t know why. As 5 stars hotel, it is not up to standard. Also, when I just want cafe latte during breakfast time, I need to wait for 20 mins. It is ridiculous

酒店的位置很好就在外灘邊上, 服務也很好. 整體的感覺比較歐式古典的裝潢也顯得比較莊嚴. 就是房間內的地毯跟燈光稍微感覺比較舊一點了

춥고 고객대응 느렸음
5층짜리 건물의 3층에 숙박함. 방은 좋았으나, 히터의 최고 설정 온도는 26.5도 하지만 따뜻한 바람 안 나왔습니다. 잘 때 추웠습니다. 유아용 슬리퍼는 요청해도 답 없다가 다음날 갖다줬습니다.

24 hours luxury
After 14 days nonstop in 2* quarantine hotel I would like to feel for 24 hours some luxury and I found it in the Waldorf Astoria in Shanghai. Everthing was close to perfect and even it is a bit overprized , I will stay mayb again here by my next trip
