非常滿意的住宿體驗 建議到上海必須來住這間歷史悠久的酒店 房客可於酒店博物館登記酒店導賞團 現在有恆溫泳池 冬天也可使用 Gym room 不過不失 大約100m2 出門口便是步行街 對面就是外灘非常方便 服務出色 行李都主動幫忙送上房間

Simply one of the true 5 star hotels globally. Exquisite service. Phenomenal food. I will never stay anywhere else in Shanghai. They make you feel so special. Like family. They cannot do enough for you.

I have stayed at many 5 star hotels worldwide and at least another six fabulous 5 star hotels in Shanghai. I consider The Peace Hotel to be the best of them. An upgrade to executive level is well worth the extra as their food, snack and drink selection is excellent.

The service is very good, including the attitude of the employees, the rooms are spacious and the bed is quite comfortable, check-in was fast. Some things that we didn't like I don't think we will return to the hotel; Between the bathroom tiles it had a black line of dirt, we were a family of 6, the elevator barely fit and the prices were exaggeratedly high for food, wonton soup that is commonly available for 20 yuan there, it was sold for 188, 5 yuan soda had it for 55 yuan, we know that because it is a 5-star hotel the prices are higher but to such an extent it is not justifiable. something that only happens in this country, wearing a cap to use recreation pool, hahaha (sorry but it's funny).

This is a hotel full of history, charm and elegance. I stayed here with my wife and two kids (14 and 12) and loved it. The location is superb. After being in too many five stars hotels in China I can confidently say that here one meets the best English speaking staff that one can ever encounter in hotels in this country. My only criticism is that the breakfast buffet was biased towards the Chinese taste buds, however, the overwhelming majority of the guests where Chinese so one cannot really complain.

Check In, Chec Out 시간이 너무 오래 걸립니다. Desk 직원을 늘렸으면 좋겠습니다. 벨보이 교육이 필요해 보입니다. 외부 관람 후 호텔에 들어설때 정문에 있는 벨보이가 앞을 막아서면서 왜 들어가냐, 뭐하는 사람이냐, 여기 숙박하냐면서 따지듯이 물어보는데 상당히 불쾌했습니다. 전반적으로 역사가 있는 호텔인만큼 그 외 서비스 및 방은 매우 청결했고, 직원들이 상당히 친절했습니다. 몇가지 단점만 보완하면 좋을 듯 싶습니다.

So magnificent as ever. The only hotel that can transfer one back in time to the swanky good old days of prewar Shanghai. Impeccable services, beautifully appointed rooms and courteous personnels were what make a memorable stay. Big applause to Peace Hotel Shanghai !!

The hotel is very stylish and represents the old-fashion Shanghai perfectly. Living in this hotel is like a romantic odyssey back into the time. Location-wise it’s right on conjunction of the Bond and the shopping district of Shanghai, which makes it a top choice for leisure in the city.
