«Stayed there every single time, and this is my third time for this year. Every time is also at level 7. First 2 times was good, but not this round. Believe the housekeeping can do a better job. First, the Wi-Fi speed was slow; I experienced frequent lagging even while using Zoom and watching YouTube. Second, their keycard policy is unexpected; they only provide one keycard per room and ...

«Dear De Uptown Hotel Team, I recently had the pleasure of staying at De Uptown Hotel 1Utama, and I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent experience. Choosing your hotel for my individual travel was an outstanding decision. The Songkran Malaysia event hosted at your hotel was absolutely incredible and truly memorable. I am grateful for the opportunity to enjoy such a unique and vibrant celebration exclusively at De Uptown Hotel. The staff there very friendly. Thank you ...

«While the staff are very friendly, the rooms are not very clean. Insects are found.»
