Pet-friendly, with a full kitchen and secluded setting for couples or small families who want attraction access without staying in the tourist corridor.

Personal Vehicle:
Driving your own vehicle remains the most flexible and efficient way to explore Sevierville and the surrounding areas, including Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. This allows you to visit local attractions, restaurants, and outdoor spots at your own convenience.

Rental Car:
If you don’t have a personal car with you, consider renting a vehicle. There are several car rental agencies in Sevierville and at the nearby airports. This will give you the freedom to travel throughout the Smoky Mountains region on your schedule.

Trolley Service:
The Sevierville Trolley Service is a great, cost-effective way to travel around town. It connects to the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg trolley systems, making it easy to explore the wider area without needing to drive.

Taxi Services:
Local taxi services are available for direct routes to your destination. They can be easily booked over the phone or through their respective websites.

Ride-Sharing:
Uber and Lyft operate in the area, offering convenient and typically cost-effective rides. These services are particularly useful during busy tourist seasons when parking can be challenging near major attractions..

Please note, given the cabin's mountainous location, prepare for steep and potentially challenging driving conditions as you approach. It’s always a good idea to check weather conditions before your trip to ensure safe travel!!

Other Things to Note

We want you to feel prepared and comfortable before your stay, so please review the following information about the cabin and mountain setting.

Mountain Road & Parking

This cabin is located in the mountains and is accessed by a gravel road with steep inclines and some uneven sections. Potholes may occasionally be present due to weather and normal road conditions. Most standard vehicles can reach the cabin without issue, but vehicles with low ground clearance may have more difficulty.

The driveway itself is paved and can accommodate up to 2 standard vehicles. 4WD or AWD is recommended, particularly during periods of inclement weather. For your first arrival, we also recommend reaching the cabin during daylight hours so you can become familiar with the route.

Private Well Water

Like many cabins in the Smoky Mountains, this property is supplied by a private well. Because of this, the water may have a slightly different taste, smell, or mineral content than municipal or city water.

Natural Mountain Setting

Being surrounded by nature is part of the Smoky Mountain experience. Guests may occasionally encounter wildlife, insects, and other elements of the natural environment around the property.

Pet Policy

We welcome dogs only, with the following guidelines:

Maximum weight: 65 lbs per dog
Pet fee: $75 per pet
Pre-approval is required before arrival
Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, and certain Terrier breeds are restricted due to insurance requirements

Holiday Arrival & Departure Policy

Guests are welcome to enjoy stays that include major U.S. holidays; however, check-ins and check-outs cannot be scheduled on the following holidays:

New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Your reservation may include these dates—we simply ask that your arrival and departure dates fall outside of the holidays listed above.

Payment & Cancellation Information

Cancellation refunds are handled according to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation. Any third-party credit card or payment-processing fees are subject to the booking platform or payment processor’s terms and may be non-refundable.
