LIVING The home boasts a spacious, open floor plan, perfect for hanging out. There is hardwood flooring throughout the home, comfortable furniture and a modern design aesthetic that is accented with rustic touches. The living room has soaring ceilings with beams, and is a perfect hangout spot: whether watching your shows or staying warm by the fire, you'll feel right at home in Bearly Haus. There is an oversized balcony where you relax and appreciate the scenic views and sunsets.
KITCHEN/DINING The kitchen is a show stopper! It has beautiful green 42" cabinets for the uppers and brand new stainless steel. The quartz countertops are beautiful and painted well with the statement green tile backsplash! The wooden open shelves will make it easy to find what you need, and are a beautiful accent.. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities you'll need. We provide spices, a Ninja blender, Keurig & Traditional Coffee Maker, Instant Pot, Induction pots n pans, and more...just bring the chef:-) The adjacent, cozy dining nook seats 6 and has bench seating, along with chairs.

INDOOR POOL: You can also swim inside your rental all year long, thanks to the indoor pool located on the lower level. (The pool is 80 degrees which takes the edge off, but it is not hot!) THEATRE ROOM: You'll also find an authentic movie theater experience complete with a large wall-mounted TV, theater-style reclining seats to enjoy movie night before bed, or an XBOX gaming session. You can head outside onto the deck from both the main and lower levels to enjoy the scenic mountain views.

📄 RENTAL AGREEMENT: After booking, you’ll receive a short rental agreement and point-of-contact form to e-sign for liability purposes.
💵 SECURITY DEPOSIT: There is a $300 security deposit HOLD (not a charge) placed on your credit card on file 3 days before you arrive. It's auto released 3 days after you depart!
