My family had a blast on our staycation at Starlight Ridge! There was plenty of room for all 10 of us. The cabin was clean. With the pool, hot tub, theater, and convenient location, we had plenty to do during our three day stay.

We had an awesome experience with this cabin! We had an issue with the air upstairs upon arrival and everything was addressed promptly! Communication was excellent and property is beautiful! We would highly recommend this cabin and hope to stay again in the future! :)

Get away for two!

We loved this cabin! The beds were amazing! There was an issue with the hot tub when we got there from the wind blowing the cover off, they came and replaced the water and completely cleaned it out the next morning, so fast. Communication was excellent! Would highly recommend!

Friendsgiving 2024

The cabin is beautiful just as pictured. We enjoyed our time here. We had a short weekend and celebrated our annual Friendsgiving. We only have a few recommendations: figure out the sour water smell(everyone complained about it), put a light on the black sign at the entrance, and fix back patio lights.

Outstanding!!

We had such a wonderful time! The house was perfect and the surroundings were better and more secluded than we could have imagined! The natural prairie next to the driveway was such a continuous environment for finches and pollinators that we took daily driveway walks to appreciate the natural species in their element. The cabin was close to fun attractions and amenities. The indoor pool was amazing and so clean and well-kept. Hosts were responsive within minutes of any question I put in chat, which were minimal since everything was so user-friendly. My only suggestion would be that the closets that are locked away from renter access not have big gaps under the door, as my youngest child displaced several small toys under the door that we had no access to recover. Overall, spectacular stay!!

Tennessee family company vacation

Overall location was very secluded which we were looking for. Several issues we had hot tub had mosquito larvae swimming in part of the hot tub which turned my family off and they didn’t use this all week. All of the sinks and shower heads are very full of the calcium and iron build up which a good water softener would help with so very minimal water flow hard to take a shower and rinse off soap. Stove inside was very dirty so we didn’t use this at all. The code to open the key lock box didn’t work, but did get a lot of help from the VRBO team to rectify this issue. We had to sweep and vacuum all the rugs right when we opened up and there was still a bag of garbage in one of the kitchen cabinets. There were three LP tanks that were empty so we purchased one to use on Sunday and when we got back from town they entered the home and placed two full ones on the upper deck without informing us. The home otherwise is very nice and scolded with a very nice fire ring.

Beautiful Cabin

Starlight Ridge is such a beautiful cabin! The pictures on the website do not do it justice. The cabin was secluded but still close to all the main attractions. It was nicely decorated and had all the amenities needed for our family. We loved the pool and relaxing in the hot tub after long days at Dollywood and sightseeing. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable. I definitely recommend this cabin to others planning a trip to the Smoky Mountains.

Review of home

The home is beautiful but the water smells very bad and the water pressure is very poor in the home. The front door is very difficult to lock. The rugs in the home shed immensely and the fabric gets all over your clothes and socks.

Amazing

This place was amazing. My wife and I spent our honeymoon here it was so secluded and we had every amenity that we needed during our stay. The pool was perfect, as well as the movie, theater room, and the fireplace and last, but not least the view.
