This is a 3 bedroom 3 ½ bath cabin that sleeps 8 with plenty to offer. It is located 20 mins from Pigeon Forge Parkway and easy access to and from. The cabin offers a paved parking are for two cars with just a couple steps to entry. Once inside you will see an open floor plan. This space offers a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing any meal, a spacious dining table plus additional seating at the island. Everyone can enjoy togetherness in a cozy living space where you can curl up by the fireplace to watch your favorite movie or finish reading your new favorite book. Off this area is a big open deck for grilling out or having a nightcap star gazing. There is a full bathroom on this level as well that has two entries one from the kitchen and the King bedroom. Downstairs is where all the fun is! You have a game room with a barrel arcade and stand up arcade and an entry to the room holding an indoor pool for your pleasure. Swim morning laps or let the kids burn off some energy in the evenings while you relax in the bubbly hot tub outside the pool room. Everyone will have plenty to do at this cabin rain or shine you will never be bored. There is a half bath downstairs as well as a sleeper sofa for the kids who are wore out. Time to turn in head back upstairs and choose from three bedrooms. The one off the main level or one of the two upstairs. Just take the staircase off the kitchen that leads to two more bedrooms which consist of one King and one Queen. Both having their own private bathroom. Looking for a getaway to truly soak your cares away choose Splish N Splash whether it be soaking in the hot tub or playing Marco Polo with the kids this cabin will have you relaxed and ready for adventuring all our Smoky Mountains have to offer.

Fall break family trip

We had plans to fly to Florida, but then 2 hurricanes hit and we changed plans last minute. Gatlinburg is where we decided to go. We chose this cabin for several reasons, the reviews, the location, the amount of bedrooms and the pool. Everything was as promised. We all had our own bedroom and space. We fixed breakfast each morning and then went out for our adventures. We would stay here again.

Great weekend trip!

Cabin with indoor pool and hot tub was great for children and adults . very clean. Provided plenty of towels and cooking utensils. Everything was great 10 of 10 would recommend.

Awful experience

I would absolutely not recommend this cabin. The hot tub was dirty, we couldn’t get any of the TVs to work as the Wi-Fi they provided (twice) wouldn’t work, the games in the game room didn’t work, and the power and water went out and I couldn’t get anyone to call us back (after 4 attempts over the weekend).

Enjoyable vacation

We had a wonderful time the house was very welcoming, clean, and everything we was needing/wanting. The kids loved the pool. The only problem was the house needs to be sprayed for pest before being rented out again.

Enjoying the Mountains

The location was great as well as the overall cabin. Rooms were clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub was great. The only draw back was the smell and the brown tint in the water which was due to the well water.

Bad experience

We booked this cabin purely because it had an indoor heated pool. I even emailed the owner prior to asking if there was anything malfunctioning with the pool because this was the main reason for choosing this cabin. We show up for our weekend trip and the pool is super cold, our young kids were all purple lipped trying to swim and ultimately couldn’t swim bc of how cold it was. We called in the morning. They send 2 different maintenance people up at 1 and 7pm neither of which could fix the problem, mean while I have been trying to email the owner with no reply. We are SO FRUSTRATED! We spent a ton of money for this cabin. We might as well stayed in a place with no pool!! Do not book here!!!!

Good location

Great location very nice cabin. The pool is awesome. Kids loved it. The WiFi is spotty in the cabin and the water there is sulfur water so it kinda stinks when you take a shower. Besides that awesome place will stay here again

Great cabin!

Overall great cabin! It was clean and updated! Bed were all comfortable. The only issue was the hot tub wasn’t cleaned but given it was the first weekend of cool weather I’m sure this was the reason for that. Otherwise pool was awesome to have for the kids, game room was great and the location was perfect to get away but close enough. Thanks again for sharing your cabin.

Great Cabin in Pigeon Forge Area!

Awesome overall cabin! Very large/spacious, plenty of room for our family, the beds were comfy and the living and game areas were a plus with the large TV and gaming system! LOVED the pool, was perfect for the kids when we had down time at the cabin. Secluded yet close to all the great things in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Lovely cabin with a pool!

Overall we really enjoyed the property and our cons were small and manageable. It was very clean and the pictures were all accurate. We loved the outdoor porch, the hot tub, and the indoor pool. It was spacious in the main areas for the six of us, but not enough seating besides the dining table. The location was beautiful and lovely and close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The roads from the main road were a little challenging and almost treacherous after dark. It was nice having access to satellite since the internet or wi-fi were spotty. My only complaint regarding the satellite was there was little options for our young boys (4 and 6). Our only suggestions would be to replace some of the cooking utensils and pans (some were not looking great) and we would have loved for the pool to have been heated. Overall we would return and even stay longer.

Amazing

The house was absolutely amazing!! Very clean. Spacious. The pool and hot tub were a blast!! The kids couldn’t wait to jump in the pool!! The house is conveniently located between both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We absolutely loved this home and will be visiting again!!!

Our stay

The cabin itself was nice. Our kids loved the pool!! Parking was excellent! We loved the decor of the cabin and would stay again. We did have a few hiccups while there. The a/c didn’t work the first day. It wouldn’t cool below 80 degrees. We had to call for maintenance to come. He did “fix” it but we would have to shut the a/c off every day bc it would freeze up. Also, the lock to the door handle of the front door had glue in it and wouldn’t allow for the lock to turn.

Long Weekend Retreat

With 5 adults and 1 child, this had the perfect amount of space. We rented this one mainly for the private pool! Our 10 year old granddaughter made great use of this! We all enjoyed it! Large enough for all of us to “splish and splash”! Everything we needed was available! Far enough away from everything but just a short drive to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge!

CABIN IS A MUST SEE!

Location is awesome, pool was larger than it looked. Cabin was just as the pictures and beautiful. The fresh wood smell is still there! (Love that) Views were beautiful.. From start to finish management was on it! Definitely would recommend this to all!

Relaxing retreat close to all the attractions

We had a great stay! This home was well maintained and close to all the activities that we wanted to experience on our trip. My kids loved the pool and we enjoyed relaxing on the back balcony. Would definitely recommend this property and love to stay there again in the future!

Great Weekend fun!

We booked this cabin for a long weekend in February 2022. This was the perfect cabin for us as we really love to swim and a private indoor pool is such a nice amenity. Its a bit hard to tell how large the pool is in the photos, but it was a bit larger than I expected. Plenty of space to swim around and play. The home was very clean and the Cabin and all of the furnishings appear to be quite new and in great shape. The kids love playing the pac-man style video game in the basement (it has many games to choose from) Things to know: *This cabin utilizes Hughes Net Satellite internet, which in my experience is painfully slow if you want to do anything other than check email. *The smell of the well water was quite strong. This wasn't completely unexpected as we are familiar with this possibility. *I am fairly sure there is no way to watch network TV at the cabin as the channels didn't appear to be included in the Dish package. We were a bit bummed we couldn't watch the Olympics on NBC. All in all it was an amazing trip and we would absolutely consider booking this cabin again.

Awesome Christmas Vacation Rental!!!!!

Just like it is pictured online, beautiful, new, clean. Pool and hot tub were beautiful and clean and boy did we use them.! We could have used a set of sheets for sofa bed, few more towels but overall so great. We used the washer/dryer and cooked a lovely Christmas dinner outside. Note that the family room and theater rooms were a little small for 8. Loved it so much!

Splish N Splash

Great customer service, clean cabin and the pool was amazing (bigger than we expected). The view was not as spectacular as others but the trade off for the pool was with it. Perfect for a trip with teens! It would be nice to have some basics like salt and pepper in the kitchen.
