This 9 bedroom 9 ½ bath cabin sleeps 42 people offers space and privacy with a bathroom for every bedroom. Very close neighbors

Some maintenance issues not addressed after a request. Game room was a hit. HVAC not great, hard to regulate. No yard, so no outdoor activities unless you go to community pool. Lots of beds and great table and chair setup.

We loved all the games, theatre room and pool for our team. Something for everyone to enjiy the time there! We had a few minor issues with some features that needed repairs but overall a great experience and would stay there again!

So much potential but needs some attention to detail.

Pros: The space is large, and it's reasonably clean. The arcade was very cool. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was very nice.Cons:We had a number of issues that were not addressed during our stay. Of note, there was no audio in the movie room, there was only one hot tub (it shows 2 in the pictures), the exercise bike and elliptical were inoperable, the grill was out of propane, and there were no curtains or blinds in some of the bedrooms. I would also estimate that 50% of the lights did not work.We called and messaged about the issues on Friday upon arrival and noticing the issues, and they said they definitely couldn't get to it Friday night but would get to it on Saturday. They never came on Saturday either or messaged back. We had to be out by 10am on Sunday so never got to experience sound or working exercise equipment, which are both big reasons why we paid 3k for a cabin for the weekend. Really a bummer.

Amazing home for a family vacation

We had a family getaway with 21 people staying at this amazing home! Everyone enjoyed their stay. We had 6 children from ages 3-12 that had a great time in the game room, pool and theater. This home also had amazing views and sunsets. The large dining table was perfect for family game night. Kitchen was well equipped, we just wished it had a pantry. We had an issue with the oven and we called to report the problem. There were a couple very small issues like 2 of the bunk beds bathrooms sink faucet at the baseplate leaked to the point we had to place a hand towel around it. Overall, this was the perfect home to reconnect with family. We would definitely recommend renting this home.

House needs repairs!

The location is great but the house needs to be repaired! The deck is very unstable. The bunk beds had broken wooden slats so the mattresses sunk through them. The gas grills were disgusting and their tanks were empty. One of the toilets wouldn’t flush. Among other problems.

Awesome Cabin

Cabin is massive and easily accommodated a dozen adults. Views are great, as is the game room and pool / hot tub areas. Only misses were lack of some basic amenities, i.e. no trash bags in the kitchen, but we DoorDashed some groceries and added it to the shopping list. Otherwise cabin had everything we needed for a weekend retreat, and was also close to town and roads were easily navigated.

Family Friendly Cabin

This property has so much potential to be absolutely wonderful. Some extra tlc would really make the difference. It has plenty of space and an abundance of arcade games to keep the kids and family entertained. The upstair bedrooms are spacious but could use a little more cleaning to be prepared for guest. Downstairs on the game room level are multiple rooms with bunk beds that were perfect for our kids. They are extremely low if you have adults planning to use those rooms. This is a good place to book if you have a large crowd or family but a bit more cleaning could've been done to prepare for us. And maybe management could do a thorough walk through to make sure chairs, tables, and appliances are secure and working correctly.

Great location, size and amenities but needs maintenance.

We had 20 family members and everyone had a great time. Location is beautiful and size was perfect. The views can't be beat. Pool, hot tubs and game room were a big hit with whole family. Would definitely book again if maintenance issues get addressed. Two beds were broken, hot tubs jets only worked on half and could have been cleaner and front panelling was broken and exposed pipework but worked well otherwise. Bedroom fireplaces and TV's didn't work, lighting is very poor in bedrooms, three bedrooms had leaking faucets, one bedroom was infested with lady bugs for some reason. A chair in dining room was held together with packing tape and fell apart when someone sat on it. Luckily no one was hurt. No closets in any bedrooms so that was a huge disappointment for a few people. And drawers were filled with extra bedding leaving us no where to store or hang any clothes. Jacuzzi bath tubs didn't work properly either. Over all just needs some TLC and maintenance updates.

Great place. Could use some fixes

The cabin was amazing. But could use just a bit of care. The 16 bunk beds were on their last leg (squeaky, broken boards, swaying strongly). Most of my party took the mattresses off the frames to sleep on the floor afraid that they might break. There was also a small leak that dripped water on the bed of the king size room to the right of the main door.

Great House!

The house is large and was everything we hoped it would be. I was a little hesitant due to some of the other reviews. The house and furnishings aren't brand new but everything was working. The place is huge and the views are gorgeous. The pool and hot tubs were all functioning and clean. We did have a problem with the theatre room video but the management company promptly sent someone who worked on it and was able to determine a cable connection issue. Overall we would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room for a large group of single adults.

70th Birthday Celebration

We had 14 adults and 7 children (ages 3 - 9). When asked what their favorite part was about the house, the kids said "EVERYTHING"!!! The views are heavenly. Plenty of space - even if you need to just be alone for a bit. Close to Pigeon Forge, etc. There was evidence of overuse in some areas of the rental (i.e. no matter what you cooked in some of the pans - the food tasted burnt (and we had chefs in our group - so it wasn't that)). There was confusion on who to ask questions to prior to our trip (VRBO or Bear Creek Cabin Rentals). I had sent a message to VRBO regarding what type of coffee pot was available - didn't receive a response. The Bear Creek Cabin Rental site said a Keurig so we brought K-cups; it was a regular ol' coffee pot. I even called Bear Creek's office regarding the coffee situation, and the lady I spoke with didn't have a clue. Bear Creek gave us separate directions to follow to get to the rental vs using Google Maps; there were NOT helpful - caused a few cars in our group to end up in Gatlinburg or just lost in general. The people who used Google Maps found it right away. Go figure! Overall cleanliness was okay - the Movie Theatre had stains on carpet and chairs. Kitchen was readily equipped. The oven and electric stove top seemed to have trouble working correctly, but we made do. It is a nice rental with plenty of room and a beautiful view. I didn't care much for the customer service provided by Bear Creek Cabin Rentals.

Winter fest 2023

I love using VRBO, I rented a cabin in Pigeon Forge, TN that would sleep 40 people for our church's annual teen conference. We were not disappointed in anyway, plan to do it again next year.

Wife’s surprise birthday party

Nice place, plenty of room, some of the equipment needs attention. Pool table cloth torn, no chalk for the cues, refrigerator in the game room full of dents, toilet in upstairs master not working, jacuzzi tub in master not working, quite a few of the game systems not working, sound system in the theater not working, drawers in the upstairs refrigerator falling out. The views are fantastic, this place has the potential to be incredible with some TLC.

Buyer Beware!

Complete misrepresentation of what will be there when you arrive. We booked Labor Day weekend, the first weekend of college football to have a big college football weekend using the giant theatre room! Well not so quick because they do not provide a remote and the ONLY thing you could watch all weekend in the theatre was Disney. We called four times to complain about a list of things. Downstairs refrigerator did not work, with 22 people you need 2 refrigerators! Several of the arcade games were not working properly, the dryer did not work. There was a leak in one of the bathrooms when it rained, the kitchen sink was leaking and one bathroom the toilet ran all night long. We did enjoy ourselves as a family but the venue was extremely oversold and overpriced for what actually worked!!! Do not rent this property if you expect everything on the list of features to actually work!

Excellent place to stay with plenty of room for all the family.

The indoor swimming pool and views were great. Viewing programs from the theater was problematic. The projector should be freely suspended and not in a box because it overheats and shuts off. Also TV channels had to be changed from a closet in the pool area. Finally, a raccoon has taken up residence and needs to removed. Otherwise, a great stay.

The hot tubs need cleaning the day after we arrived ,one didn't work very well . Carpet could use a good cleaning but for as many ppl that stay there I'm sure it's hard to keep up .. Nice view ,quiet and they did come promptly to fix things when we called about a few issues
