Welcome to the "Take me to The River" cabin on the famous Little Pigeon River (your home away from home) near Gatlinburg, TN – your perfect escape hideaway nestled in the heart of nature. As you step into this charming cabin, you'll be greeted by the warm embrace of rustic elegance. The open living space is adorned with tasteful decor, inviting you to unwind in the cozy and nature-inspired furnishings. Multiple window frames show the breathtaking views of the river & nature just steps away, offering a constant connection to the serene outdoors, not to mention the soothing sound of river streams.

You will have private use of the ENTIRE HOME during your stay.
CABIN ACCESS - Our cabin offers automated self check-in service. The front main entry door is equipped with an electronic keypad (smart lock key) for automated self check-in process. Personalized door code will be sent to our guests 1-2 hours prior to arrival.
Please note: No access to cabin prior to a signed renter agreement and paid security deposit.
PARKING - Guests are welcome to park in the available space in front of the cabin. Space can accommodate up to 3 vehicles safely.
CELL SERVICE - Cell service is quite limited and sometimes spotty where our cabin is located. If you're using your mobile phone for street direction, we highly recommend our guests to download the maps of the area PRIOR to the trip for offline usage in case there are spotty signals along the way.
WIFI - WiFi is a complimentary service at our cabin. Though outages are rare, they do happen. This is a service that is provided by a 3rd party (telecommunication company) and is beyond our control if there is an outage. Please reach out to us if you’re having internet connectivity issues. Any tampering efforts of any WiFi equipment will result in immediate revocation of access, termination of renter agreement, loss of security deposits, and local authorities will be contacted to assist (when necessary).
TELEVISION - We offer Smart TVs and BYOL (Bring Your Own Login). Many common streaming apps (YouTube, Netflix, etc) are pre-installed and guests would simply use their own account to log in.
PETS - Pets/animals are NOT allowed in our cabin. If you bring your pets, your reservation will be canceled, all monies paid (not limited to Reservation, Cleaning fees and Security Deposit) will be forfeited, and you will be asked to leave immediately. We are pet lovers, however, some of our family members, guests and housekeepers have severe allergic reactions to pet dander. Kindly be considerate and choose alternative vacation properties that are pet friendly. If you need recommendations for pet friendly accommodation in the area, feel free to reach out to us.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - Our cabin's maximum occupancy is 8 persons which include the total of adult/infant/toddler. If your stay will have more than 8 person at any given time, your reservation will be canceled, all monies paid (not limited to Reservation, Cleaning fees and Security Deposit) will be forfeited, and you will be asked to leave immediately. Please note: Maximum occupancy is established by local law & regulations.
SMOKING - There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the cabin, which includes but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, marijuana or electronic cigarettes. This is a smoke/vape free cabin. Please respect our property and the comfort of our next guests. Violation of this rule will result in total loss of security deposits, a cleaning charge of $500 and an additional charge of $150/room where smoking occurs and/or smoke smell persists.
SECURITY CAMERA - There are two (2) security Ring cameras that are motion activated and recording audio+video (once activated) around the exterior perimeter to protect our property and guests. They are mounted near the main entry and 1 side of the cabin We encourage guests to get familiar with its exact location immediately upon check in and contact us for any questions. Any tampering efforts of the camera will result in immediate revocation of access, ALL monies paid (not limited to Reservation, Cleaning fees and Security Deposit, etc) will be forfeited, you will be asked to leave immediately, and local authorities will be contacted to assist when necessary.
HOT TUB - Hot tub usage is ONLY for guests that are 25+ years of age. Alcohol, alcohol consumption and glasswares are NOT permitted near the hot tub area. This is for the safety of current and future guests of our cabin. Kindly use common sense. If you have consumed alcohol prior, do not use the hot tub. If you think you might be expecting (pregnant), do not use the hot tub.
++ Guests need to SECURE the hot tub cover back properly with the STRAP after every usage (the wind in the area is very strong).
++ Do NOT use any kind of bubble bath gel, bath bombs, essential oils or any kind of soaps in the hot tub as it will clog the filter and jets.
++ Failure to properly secure the hot tub cover and/or usage of any kind of soaps/oils/gels will result in guests reimbursing the cost of replacement or repair and extra cleaning fees.
++ Enjoy and use the hot tub at your own risk.
FIREPLACE - Please remember to always turn off the fireplace after usage. No other fires (inside or outside) are allowed - including candles.
FIRE EXTINGUISHERS - There are 3 fire extinguisher throughout the cabin. One on each floor. Please get familiar with their location immediately upon check-in.
TRASH - Please empty out liquids to the sink and NOT the trash bags. Kindly place all trash into trash bags and secure them with a tie. There are bearproof trash compartment to the left of the property as you walk out from the main door. Please ensure to safely close and secure the trash compartment’s door.
OUTDOOR GRILL - BBQ propane gas grill is provided for our guests’ enjoyment while staying in our cabin. It is located on the back porch close to the hot tub area where you can enjoy the view while grilling your favorite food. Kindly clean excess food from the grill to prevent ants and most importantly bear visitation. Exercise caution when using the grill and supervise children at all times when they are near.
SAFETY - Our cabin is situated as close to nature as possible, sitting on at least half an acre of land. While we try our best to care and maintain the perimeter of our cabin, we are also highly appreciative of nature offering its own unique feel & experience. To name a few but not an exhaustive list: steep slopes, shallow slopes, strong sudden current, slippery slopes/rocks, packs of dry/wet leaves, dry sharp branches, dull and sharp rocks, high winds, and wild animals (the common ones: squirrels, turkeys, and bears) could be present/occur around the property at any given time. Nature is their home so let's appreciate them. Please exercise cautions and self awareness of your surrounding at all times. Water can rise without any time. There are NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY at any given time.
MISC - The cabin comes with a fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs (pots and pans, utensils, plastic bowls, utensils and plates for the kids, etc), a wide variety of games & entertainment, a fully stocked coffee bar, and an outdoor hot tub - are some key offerings guests will have a hard time choosing on how to pamper themselves.
CURTAINS/LIGHT COVERING/PRIVACY - Not all windows or doors have curtains. This is by design/purpose.
CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS - Check-in information will be sent a few hours before check-in time (4PM Eastern Standard Time) on your arrival day.
