[Hot Tub]
The hot tub on the main level deck is the ultimate relaxation spot, accommodating up to 5 people. Rest assured that it is thoroughly cleaned, drained, and refilled with fresh water after each guest's stay. For your safety and comfort, bromine tablets are added to the water. Please note that due to the thorough cleaning process, the hot tub may not be fully heated when guests arrive, but it will be ready for you to enjoy shortly after

[Main Level]
The main level of Cub House offers a comfortable living room, a well-appointed kitchen, and a laundry facility for your convenience. There's also a lovely patio where you can unwind and take in the sights and sounds of the mountains. And of course, the highlight of the main level - a soothing hot tub where you can relax under the stars. Rest assured that the hot tub is thoroughly cleaned, drained, and refilled with fresh water after each guest's stay. We use bromine tablets to maintain water quality, which might mean the hot tub may not be fully heated upon your arrival.

[Lower Level]
The lower level of the cabin houses a fun-filled game room, complete with a pool table, arcade game, and a sitting area centered around a wood fireplace. Additionally, you'll find another bedroom and a full bathroom on this level, along with a patio area where you can enjoy more of the beautiful mountain views.

[Bedroom & Sleeping Arrangements]
Cub House features two cozy bedrooms, each equipped with a queen bed and its own whirlpool Jacuzzi tub for an indulgent relaxation experience. Both bedrooms also come with flat-screen TVs for your entertainment. If you need additional sleeping space, there's a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

[Bathrooms]
With two full bathrooms, each featuring a step-in shower, getting ready for your day or winding down after your adventures will be a breeze. Linens, including bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels, are thoughtfully provided.

[Living Room]
Relax by the warmth of the wood fireplace in the living room while enjoying your favorite shows or movies on the 55-inch flat-screen TV. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to gather and create unforgettable memories together.

[Game Room]
The game room is perfect for both kids and adults, with a 55-inch Roku TV, a pool table, and an arcade game. Cozy up by the wood fireplace and challenge your companions to friendly competitions.

[Kitchen & Dining]
The fully loaded kitchen boasts all the cooking essentials you need, from utensils to pots and pans. There's both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker for your morning pick-me-up. The dining table comfortably seats four, and for outdoor cooking enthusiasts, there's a charcoal grill along with grilling utensils provided (please note that charcoal needs to be purchased separately).

For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available inside the cabin, along with hangers, an iron, and an ironing board.

[Parking]
There's ample parking space with a flat driveway to accommodate up to three vehicles comfortably.

[GUEST ACCESS]
Guests have access to all the amenities that are inside the cabin such as a washer & dryer, coffee maker or the steaming hot tub.

[OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE]
While you're here, please take note of a few important details to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

* The cabin is close to the mountains - you might lose cell service, so we recommend printing directions and check-in instructions ahead of time.
* Please be aware that due to our cabin's close proximity to the woods, you will encounter bugs and bees. We have the cabin on a strict pest control schedule, but it's impossible to eliminate all insects.
* Additionally, there may be bears in the area, so please do not approach or feed them. Make sure to keep car doors closed at all times, even when going inside the cabin for a brief moment. Bears have been known to open car doors.
* To help keep the cabin and surrounding area clean and tidy, please be sure to dispose of all trash in the receptacle outside the cabin and keep the lid closed.

[GETTING AROUND]
All the attractions in the area are easily accessible by car. The back roads are windy and we encourage you to plan your arrival before dark.

[Pool]
Enjoy complimentary access to the resort's pool, open from May to September. While you take a refreshing dip, marvel at the incredible views that surround the pool area, making your relaxation even more enchanting.

[EASY PAYMENT PLAN]
➣1st payment: 50% required up front
➣Final payment: 35 days before arrival, collected automatically

[SECURITY DEPOSIT]
➣A security damage deposit of $300.00 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 4 days before check-in
➣This is a hold on the credit card and will be released 2 days after checkout
➣If the credit card charge fails then the guest has 1 day to provide another form of payment before the reservation is cancelled

[RENTAL AGREEMENT]
➣A Rental Agreement will be sent for signature after booking.
➣Failure to sign the Rental Agreement will result in cancellation of the booking

[CANCELLATION POLICY]
➣Our cancellation policy is as follows:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
