This was an amazing place. We went with three other couples and we celebrated our 20 year anniversary. Everything is beautiful and welcoming, and perfect for a big group. Its close enough to town that we weren't driving far, but far enough that we were able to have privacy. Easy check in and out. The master jacuzzi is were it's at, my husband and i both fit in it and he is 6'3 and he was so excited because he never fits in bath tubs. Hot tub and house was very nice and clean, and beds were very comfortable. We didn't get a chance to use theater room but was impressed with it, so cute. We had music going and as soon as we stepped outside you couldn't hear it, it was like the house was sound proofed, which is great. The fire pit and game room is where we spent most of our time. It was by far my favorite room, because we are an active group. Loved all of the games. The only problem we even had was a top floor bathroom door knob in a guest room was broken and our friend got locked it, we had a good laugh and got her out. The host responded pretty quickly and said it would be changed the day we leave. Also the, I guess cleaning service was there waiting in driveway for almost an hour ahead of check out, which was a tad awkward, but they were super nice and said take our time, so definitely not a real issue. We are a very picky group and I'm extremely picky and a tad bougie, so when I say SPEND THE MONEY it's worth every penny, listen. I definitely will plan another stay with them.

This was the nicest cabin we have ever stayed in. We enjoyed the spacious areas set up wonderfully! The host was amazing with answering any questions we had. Kitchen was fully stocked with pretty much anything you would need. Plenty of towels, wash towels, and toilet paper. Cabin was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Games were top notch not the cheap kind that some cabins have. Movie room was superb with reclining chairs! We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend getaway with our employees and their families. Although it was cold outside we were able to enjoy the gas firepit..

We are so happy we found this home! We enjoyed everything it had to offer. We especially enjoyed the game room and firepit area! The screened in porch was perfect for family dinners. The house was just beautiful and comfortable. The location was great - close to so many things to do. The host was easy to reach and answered any questions we had right away. We will definitely book this house the next time we go to the Gatlinburg area!

The location and scenery was beautiful. The house accommodated our entire family.

Regarding the cleanliness, the table in the screened in porch was not cleaned from previous rental(s); it had residue from cake and sprinkles. There was a dirty washcloth in the upstairs middle bedroom bathroom shower. Only two pool cue sticks had tips and could be used, plus one stick was broken. The hot tub was not clean, the water appeared to be somewhat slimy.We noted that the dead bolt lock on the door leading from the house to the screened in porch did not work; it was stuck inside the door. The spring lock worked.We do not want to dwell on the above issues; just areas for improvement. Overall, we had a great time and the property easily met our needs. It is a beautiful house and has nice features. The new gas grill on the deck was a plus.

Mansion in the mountains

We were a small family, so the a couple of bedrooms went unused. It was gigantic for us and we loved it! It’s a beautiful chalet with everything a family could use for a wonderful time.

Friends get away

Check in was extremely easy. Home was exceptionally clean and had all supplies needed to make outmr stay comfortable. Bed downstairs needs new slats but besides that we were very happy with this rental

Family time with the new baby

We stayed in the cabin for an amazing week during peak fall time. The view from the cabin porch is amazing overlooking the nearby mountains. I was able to take my dogs for long walks through the wooded area of the property. There is adequate space for everybody and plenty of room to hide from everybody also. Nearby to the alpine coasters and mini-golf, food and activities were just always 15 minutes or less away.

Beautiful Home

Gorgeous home and high end furnishings! The kitchen was stocked very well. The play area was a big hit for my grandson. It was a warm week but we did use the gas fireplace for s’mores, Nice to not have to bring wood. We did have an issue with the air conditioning but it was promptly fixed the same day. The game room was a huge hit for us all, we loved it!! My only suggestion would be new sheets for the beds. The corners would not stay put. The beds are a bit soft for my liking but I did sleep well. Thanks for a great week, we really Enjoyed this beautiful home!!

Fantastic Mountain Home

This cabin/home and all the furnishings were way above our expectations. The property photos are excellent but you have to visit to see all the high end touches that make this home a great place for a mountain vacation. Our family was there to celebrate birthdays, Fall school break and introduce our littles to Dollywood. The proximity to the theme park and grocery stores was perfect. We will definitely go back because we didn't have nearly enough days to just hang at the house and enjoy the game room, theater room, hot tub and fire pit. The kids playground equipment was a wonderful added extra. We highly recommend renting this property and working with the Cloud9 Team. All questions were promptly answered and check in/out was very easy.

Felt right at home!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay! We felt comfortable the moment we entered the home. A few snags (TV and Oven) were addressed immediately, and we never felt like we were a bother. In fact, it was even expressed that they wanted us to have no worries and enjoy our stay...so we felt very important to them. The hot tub was wonderful as well! The driveway wasn't bad at all, we had no problems with it. There was plenty of parking and room to turn around. We enjoyed the game room and theatre room so much!! We even had a small family pool tournament. Lots of fun! Thank you again and we will look at Cloud 9 Cabins again for our next trip to The Smokies!

Amazing In All Ways

Everything was fantastic about this place. From early communication in booking to check in to cleanliness of the unit and most importantly the unit itself. This group cares so much about hospitality and comfort of their guests. Location is ideal or someplace it takes 30 minutes just to get off the mountain with hairpin turns this is a convenient location to pigeon Forge not too far from Gatlinburg. This house has everything and more. Had one little issue with a phone call the property manager could not have been more attentive, kind and considerate. Happened to meet the cleaning crew as we were checking out and they were on it in every way. I loved this place it has everything and more. There is a reason why they have so many 5 star reviews. Look no further, book it now before someone else does.

Family Gathering at Private Luxury Lodge on 9 Acres

Four siblings, our spouses, and one adult child gathered at this lodge for a summer vacation. We could not have been more pleased with our choice! This home was exceptionally clean with a well-stocked kitchen and lots of room to spread out. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch, game room, and hot tub. The property is private with no nearby neighbors, allowing for a quiet, cozy environment. It is convenient to local attractions, which we also enjoyed. We would definitely choose this property again should we make another visit.
