ROADS: In the winter (or sometimes during heavy rain) please use your discretion when it comes to driving in mountain roads. Sometimes 4x4 will be needed, especially if there is snow/ice on the road. The county maintains the main roads, and we only maintain the driveway. We will unfortunately not be able to help tow your car. If our cleaners/maintenance are able to drive to the cabin safely we will also not be able to help with cancellations/rescheduling.

WILDLIFE: Because we are in the mountains, there is always the possibility of seeing bears, raccoons, and other wildlife around the cabin or even on the porch/yard. Please be careful not to leave any food/drinks/coolers/trash/etc outside or in your car, and do not approach wildlife. By renting our property, you assume all responsibility for damages, injury and risk to yourself and underage persons.

GRILL: Our outdoor BBQ grill is a charcoal park grill. Guests who would like to use the grill are responsible for providing charcoal.

CAMERA: There are security cameras located outside the property only - by the front porch, front of garage and by the back door leading to the hot tub
