OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- No Third-Party Bookings. Primary renter must be staying at the property for the entirety of the reservation.

- We provide bath towels, but not pool towels, so please bring your own if you’d like towels specifically for outdoor use.

- Guest agrees to take full responsibility regarding the safety of using the pool and hot tub and supervising children under 18 at all times.

- New Railings added around pool for additional safety (not included in photos)

- An initial set of supplies (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, paper towels, etc) are provided to begin your stay. Please note that we do not have a daily housekeeping service and will not be able to restock these supplies during your stay.

- We do not provide firewood, kindling, or lighter for the Fire Pit. If there are any left in the house by previous guests, you are welcome to use them.

- Bears, raccoons, and other wildlife are commonly found in the Great Smoky Mountains area. Please leave all trash in the designated garbage cage to avoid attracting animals close to the home. If a garbage pick-up is needed during your stay, please contact me a day ahead in order to allow enough time to organize with my housekeeper.

- PLEASE keep all doors closed at all times! We have a quarterly pest control service to keep the bugs in check. However, due to being in the middle of the woods, it is not possible to entirely keep them out of the house without your help!

- The road to the driveway is easy. However, the driveway to the property is steep, and we recommend a 4 wheel drive in the winter.

- Your safety matters. In order to provide a secure facility, the house features exterior cameras in the front (looking at the front porch and driveway) and back (looking at the deck and pool).
