FAQs:​

☀ How many pets are allowed and is there a fee?

➜We welcome up to 3 dogs, with a $100 + tax pet fee per pet. We’re happy to have your furry family members join you! For the comfort of all guests and to help protect the home, pets must remain off all furniture, including couches and beds. When you leave the property, pets must be kept safely in a crate. Pets may not be left unattended in the home unless they are properly crated.

Please note that cats are not permitted. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage to the property, furnishings, or belongings. Any repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning required due to pet damage will be billed to the guest.



☀ What does the drive there look like?​

➜ The drive to Lake Haven Resort is winding, though the primary road to the property is

nicely paved. We do recommend initially arriving before sundown, as roads leading to

the community are dark.​

☀Is this property handicap accessible?​

➜ While not ADA compliant. there is one bedroom & full bathroom located on the main

level. There are 6 steps required to enter the property.​

☀ Do you need to bring your own linens?​

➜ No, no and absolutely not! Our promise to our guests is to provide consistency and to

us, consistency means ensuring essentials. We will provide sheets, towels, washcloths,

etc so that you can fill your bags with more exciting things!​

​

☀ What other amenities do you provide?​

➜ We provide full bottles of hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in

every full bathroom. We also provide ample trash bags for the kitchen & bathrooms.

Additionally, we provide a starter set of the following items that you might want to bring

or purchase extra, depending on your length of stay: K-Cups, toilet paper, paper towels,

dishwasher pods, & laundry pods.​

➜ Beautiful! However, when snow or ice falls, or temps dip below freezing, issues can

arise. We can not guarantee that travel won't be impacted, pipes will not freeze, or the

power won't be affected.​
