We were excited for this stay as we were in town for a baby shower. The views from the decks and windows were absolutely beautiful and definitely the highlight.Unfortunately, the experience did not match the price. The cabin appeared clean at first, but it was clearly only a surface clean. The deeper areas (corners, edges, etc.) were noticeably dirty and felt rushed.The biggest issue was the lower-level bathroom. The toilet was not working when we arrived, with water filled to the top. We called, but maintenance did not come until 8:30 PM on our last night, leaving us without a usable bathroom in that area the entire stay. When we followed up, we were told they were busy with other emergencies.During the repair, the door was left open and the cabin filled with mosquitoes—hundreds on the ceiling—which made it very uncomfortable.There were also no basic kitchen supplies like dishcloths, towels, or a sponge, which was surprising for the price.We visit Tennessee often and have stayed in many places, and this is the first time we’ve had this kind of experience. Beautiful views, but overall not worth the cost.
