The view from the cabin was great and having the ability to swim inside in inclement weather was a huge plus. Safety figure of pool was awesome as well. Cabin was super spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this cabin a million times! We are repeat visitors with Elk Springs Resort! They communicate very well and give great customer service! We will be booking again in October!

Very nice hot tub that looked out to the Smokey Mountains. Not sure if it was the chemicals used to clean the floors but they felt a little sticky but other than that we all enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Thank you everyone at Elk Spring Resorts!

Great View of the Smokies

The Most Amazing View PLUS a Pool!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family stayed at Legends Pool Lodge for 8 days. It was an amazing trip. The view from the back decks was glorious. Our kids loved the game room, indoor pool and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable. When we arrived, our fridge wasn't cooling. We called for maintenance and they showed up and fixed the problem quickly. We had to also call for trash pickup several times and that was also taken care of quickly. Their customer service was top notch during our stay. We plan to reserve Legends Pool Lodge again in the future!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at the cabin to find the beds full of hair, sheets infested with bedbug droppings, roaches, and doors that didn't lock. Hair on toilet seats, dirty sinks as well as a dirty kitchen. Crumbs under the dining table. The furnace was packed with dust and debris. Located within a bedroom. We did NOT stay! It was reported, we were told we could wait for maintenance to come and the bugs are native to the area. Had to spend hundreds having my car and home sprayed as a roach made way to our bags. I would avoid this resort!

A view and a pool!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time with our granddaughters (age 5 and 10)! The place was spacious and clean. The pool was just one of the highlights and the girls loved swimming with the projector screen and music playing and we even watched the GA game while relaxing in the pool room. We all participated in the games in the game room and had a blast. Everything was literally minutes away and convenient. The views were spectacular and we watched the sunrise 2 mornings in a row and the sunset. We even saw a mama bear with 3 cubs pass thru and watched thru the window. The loft bedroom was awesome with a huge shower and views even from the shower. We cooked almost every meal and had everything we needed for meal prep. Only a couple suggestions we struggled finding places to hang towels, blinds in the lower bedroom with the bunk beds would have been nice and although we were only there 3 nights a small laundry detergent would have been ideal. Overall we had a wonderful time and the staff was helpful and quick to respond!

Some tricky roads and inclines on the way up, but worth it in the end. Saw bears in the yard on three different days. Would have given five stars, but we had a few issues during our stay. Biggest disappointment was the pool area. Great design and concept, but the pool was too cold and dirty for us to use. Even though it was summer, the pool was uncomfortablly cold for all of us. And it had some type of brownish-yellow film across the top and some similar marks in different spots. We had already reached out for a refrigerator issue and a projector problem, so we decided to just deal with the pool. On the plus side, the service guys who came out to fix the fridge and projector came quickly and were very pleasant. Sent two emails to share my feedback after returning home and didn't receive a response, which was disappointing. Again, overall great rental and extremely clean. I'd recommend it to others, as I think our issues were just one-offs.

Unbeatable view and a lovely stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin had everything we needed for a cozy stay. The beds were soft, the pillows were heavenly! There were plenty of bath and beach towels of good quality. The view is unbeatable!! The staff was very attentive and promptly answered any questions via text messaging, which is very convenient. We had a toilet flushing issue downstairs, but a friendly maintenance guy came almost instantly and resolved it with ease. I have very few suggestions, but I’ll offer just these: one of the pots really needs to be thrown out. It’s a Teflon disaster, and and we were running out of supplies at the end like toilet paper and garbage bags. I was a little nervous about the black spots all over the stairs. I admit to mold phobia as I have immune compromised kids, but my family thought the stairs just needed scrubbing and refinishing. They did not think it was anything concerning. But for nervous guests like me, it might be good to have that redone. But these are minor in light of the excellent experience. What I appreciated most was the completely unsolicited offer to extend our check out time at no cost! I was blown away at the kind offer, and it really helped out morning feel less stressful and hectic. With the extra time, we were able to clean up more doing a load of towels and sweeping. If you’re looking for a gorgeous, relaxing retreat with excellent customer service, you won’t be disappointed! This place was heavenly, especially the hot tub with the gorgeous view.
