Summary:

Welcome to Treetop Terrace! This brand new treehouse cabin is a luxurious getaway only a few minutes to famous Dollywood. Treetop Terrace is conveniently located: close to restaurants, grocery stores, distilleries, and all the excitement Pigeon Forge has to offer!



This home is lavishly comfortable and has everything you need to feel at home. Relax on the deck with a cup of coffee, set a new high score on the arcade, unwind in the hot tub on the open air patio, and make memories of a lifetime!



The Space:

This brand new cabin is ready to make you feel right at home! Each bedroom was carefully curated and inspired by the beautiful views surrounding the home. You’ll find memory foam mattresses, cozy bedding, and plenty of space for your belongings.



The spacious living room features a queen sized sleeper couch and the fully stocked kitchen allows for cozy nights in cooking your favorite meal. The 360 wrap around deck is the perfect space to watch the sunrise or sunset, including a deck bar & wicker chairs to sip your favorite beverage as you take in the beautiful views! And don’t forget to set a new high score on the arcade! Each space is designed to help you relax after you experience all of the fun and unique areas of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg!



The open air patio is your oasis! Enjoy the soft glow of string lights as you relax in the brand new hot tub, play board games around the fireplace, stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, or take a load off in the hanging swing chair!



**This is a multi level home. The main level has both bedrooms and one full bath. The upstairs has the living room, kitchen and a half bath. The downstairs patio level has the laundry machines and the second half bath.

The Neighborhood:

This cabin is centrally located, in a development off of a main road. The cabin is surrounded by beautiful tall trees, making for an amazing view from the wraparound deck.



Getting Around:

Getting around by car is best. Ubers/Lyfts are available as well.

AMENITIES:

We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, paper towels, dishwasher soap, coffee, creamer, sugar, salt & pepper, cooking spray & trash can liners.



ENTRY:

There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.



PARKING:

There is a private driveway for up to 3 cars to park in front of the home.



THE DRIVE:

Super simple, safe road to get to the house!



INTERNET:

The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.

You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TVs



OUTDOOR SPACE:

Hot tub, fire place, smart TV, lounge chairs, charcoal grill available for you to enjoy!



BEDROOMS:

There are 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds and the living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Total accommodations can sleep 6 guests.



KITCHEN:

Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dual coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil



SECURITY:

A security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property.



If you happen to leave an item behind, we can ship it back to you. Guest is responsible for associated shipping costs.

We want our guests to feel as comfortable as possible during their stay so please reach out if you have any questions or need anything at all. We will give you your privacy, but we are available to assist with anything you need.

We had a nice stay at the Treetop Terrace. The patio space is great and we really enjoyed sitting outside in the evening. We were happy that we could bring our dog, and she enjoyed her stay as well. Our dog is spoiled I will admit and limited amount of grass, took her some getting used to. While we didn't see any black bears, we did have sightings of wild turkey and some turtles!

Very clean

Nice place. Very clean. There is a lot of stairs so if you have trouble with walking up and down stairs you might want to not stay. But it is a very nice place. I will stay agin. And I love that they allow pets and they have a bed for them and coffee and creamer. The porch where the hot tub is was so pretty I could stay there all day.

We absolutely loved our stay! This place is top-notch, centrally located to all of the best things to see in the pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area! Very quiet neighborhood, and we loved hanging out on the porch in the hot tub watching TV and also loved the outdoor fireplace! We will definitely be coming back again!

Perfect getaway for the family.

The cabin was very clean and well stocked with everything needed for our short stay. Location was perfect and easy to get to shopping and restaurants. Favorite part of the house was the downstairs area with the hot tub and fireplace. Great place to relax after a day out. Highly recommend and will be back soon.

Newer cabin near Dollywood

Newer property and subdivision, very nice place, with great lower veranda type area with bar, fancy composite wood furniture. Definitely the cleanest and largest hot tub we had in 4 years to Sevierville. Newer cabin, so kitchen is modern and good for cooking. There’s an upper 360 degree composite deck, which helps to see the sunrise over the Smokies in the morning. Subdivision is off a Main Street that pretty much gets you anywhere with few turns, whether Dollywood, mountain coasters or Gatlinburg. My only gripe is that the dumpster is at least 100 ft away and it is about 8 ft high, so don’t send grandma to toss the garbage. Also note, it is a newer subdivision so my Apple GPS didn’t recognize it and sent us to the other end to the mountain which it couldn’t be accessed. For some reason my wife’s Apple Iphone did recognize it, and got us there. If you have issues, just put in Tennessee Orthopedic Alliance Sevierville, driveway 50 ft north across the street. Other than that, it was a great place to stay, convenient location, and modern conveniences.

Amaaaaaaazing….

This was by far the best vacation my partner and I have had visiting Tennessee. Eryka, I thank you for being helpful with our needs. You respond within minutes of being contacted with any issues or concerns we had and took care of us in what I call a quick minute. The house BEAUTIFUL!! Views AMAZING!! Within minutes of shopping, food, amusement parks and museums. We will definitely stay here again. THANK YOU.. THANK YOU … THANK YOU!!!!

Family Vaca

This property was gorgeous. From the wrap around porch to the jacuzzi setup on the bottom floor. Any questions we had our contact was always very quick at getting back with us. This place was perfectly located with everything you need being right there. The only down fall was if you have pets there is no grass yet as this is a brand new place and they are still building.
