The listing states that they supply paper towels, essentials etc. But some of the products listed were not provided on arrival. When I questioned it, the property manager told me that they only supply start up supplies. We enjoyed the hot tub but after the first couple of days it started to smell and it needed some water. I messaged Melissa and she did not respond. I sent her another message the next day, and she said that she sent maintenance a request but she would send another one. A girl showed up later that day and added chemicals to clear up the water. We asked her to please add more water 2 times and she did not (we did not have access to a hose) So we had to wait another day for it to clear up before we could use it. We found nails in the yard on the way to the hot tub where they fixed the deck. Eventually the water was so low that the hot tub kept coming on trying to circulate but there was not enough water. We contacted Melissa again and asked if she wanted us to flip the breaker so the hot tub would not be ruined and she said yes. We found bagged trash in the basement from the previous renters, and when the trash cans were full outside we requested trash pick up and no one came to pick it up. We also found empty beer bottles on the deck outside of the kids play area. Some of the games were broken and some required a passcode that was not provided. I have booked multiple homes on Vrbo and I have never had an experience like this before.
