🌟BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

Your group of seven will sleep comfortably thanks to the two king bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces in the living room and game room.

The upstairs master bedroom features a cozy king-size bed, a flatscreen TV, a dresser, a vanity, and a small desk. It offers access to a small private deck overlooking the forest and has an ensuite bathroom and a jacuzzi tub too.

The bedroom on the main floor is outfitted with a king-size bed, a flatscreen TV, a luggage storage rack, a large mirror, and a ceiling fan. It's just steps from the second full bathroom in the home which features a shower/bathtub combo.

The sleeper sofa in the living room and daybed with a pullout in the game room are additional comfortable sleeping options.

🌟KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM

Channel your inner chef and whip up tasty meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. You'll have all the basic appliances like a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher at your disposal, along with some extras like a blender and a toaster. There's a separate coffee bar complete with drip coffee maker, keurig machine, mugs, coffee and condiments.

Gather around the dining room table and enjoy your meals and morning coffee looking at the lush surroundings from the kitchen windows.

The living room is perfect for relaxing and offers plush furnishings, a fireplace, and a large flatscreen TV.

🌟GAME ROOM

The game room is a fun place for kids and adults to hang out. You'll find a pool table, an arcade game, and a mini-fridge for sodas, beers, or both! There's also a flatscreen TV mounted on the wall if you want to watch the game while you are here. Seating is available on the day bed or in the small bar area. Feel free to peruse our collection of board games and have a family game night back in the living room.

🌟DECKS

You can access the main deck from the living room and the game room. Breathe in the fresh mountain air with a steaming cup of coffee in hand or simply relax in one of the rocking chairs. Cook up some tasty meals on the gas BBQ grill to switch up your lunches or dinner, and finish up a fun day with a deep soak in the bubbling hot tub.

There is another small deck upstairs off the master bedroom to enjoy the views.

Super responsive to allll of my questions! Pet friendly, and even knowing that, it was SUPER clean and cozy! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommended! Proximity to EVERYTHING, this cabin is in between Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg, and not that far from the Cherokee Reservation and Smoky Mountain Natn'l Park. Would def visit again, THANK YOU!

It was nice to have game area on the main floor. My dad has some health issues and everything was easy to access for him. The upstairs bedroom is very big and nice. There isn’t a lot of yard space for walking a dog but that’s the price for being in the mountains. My dad did see a bear outside the morning we were leaving and he moved along without any incidents. It’s a very convenient location between GB and PF.

Perfect cabin near Gatlinburg

Hillside Haven was the perfect cabin conveniently located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge for a long weekend with my 6 year old daughter over President’s Day weekend.Communication was excellent and check in / check out was very easy and straightforward. We enjoyed the cabin and the private hot tub. The cabin was pet friendly which made a quick weekend getaway easier without having to make boarding arrangements for my dog.I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Gatlinburg in the future!

Family Christmas Trip 2024

Hillside Haven was easy to locate and is in a beautiful neighborhood! One visitor mentioned steep hills to access the cabin but in no way are they unmanageable! There was only one that was quite steep, but it was very short and is part of the atmosphere and ambiance of the neighborhood. Once you arrive, the outside of the cabin is so pretty! Just like the picture! Access to the inside was so easy and simple and once inside it’s SO cute! The pictures are spot on. The layout of the kitchen, living room, bedrooms and game room with sleeping was perfect! I’m very picky and always cautious looking for an affordable vacay rental and I will say I consider Hillside Haven a 5-star! Oh and the drive to downtown Gatlinburg is only 5-10 minutes! Impressive win-win in all my major pickiness! You will not be disappointed!!!

Great week with Family at Hillside Haven

A great week with awesome weather and with the cabin located between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg it worked great for our family with a young child. Definitely would recommend anyone to stay at this lovely cabin. Tina the host was great kept us updated on everything we need to know about our stay !

Relaxing Mountain getaway

This vacation went off with out a Hitch. Tina had everything to use via her App so we knew everything ahead of time which made getting there late on a Friday night so easy and Smooth. the Cabin has everything you need down to the smallest details.

Bad cabin

Host did not reach out about me signing a rental agreement for me to get check in code until I reached out to her. Got to the cabin the rug was stained, red chair had Cotten coming out of the arms of the chair which wasn’t in the pictures that was posted online, floors scratched up from moving furniture, blinds were broken by the door when walk in,hot tub wouldn’t come on for the first night so we had to wait till the next day to speak with the host technician to get the breaker turned on which he didn’t come out so we had to go on the side of the cabin to flick the switch and anything could’ve happened, cover for master bedroom was damaged and had holes

Clean and close to the action

The location of this property was amazing. It was centered between pigeon forge and gatlinburg. We were able to get to everything we needed quickly. It was clean and as advertised. The hot tub was great. My kids loved the pool table and the pac man machine! The host communicated quickly and reached out the day after arriving to check in to make sure we were doing okay and had all we needed. The only critique I have would be that the washer and dryer are a little older and didn’t work the greatest but still got the job done. Also there should be postings about how to lock the bear can for trash. We had thought we locked it but the bears got into it after checking out. We happily paid the cleaning fee since it was our fault but a sign or something showing how to ensure it was locked would be helpful for future guests.

Great Cabin

We had a great time. Well stocked cabin and very clean. My 18 and 14 year old enjoyed the pool table and arcade games. Very pet friendly. Close drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and the fun attractions/restaurants. It was nice to go back and relax at the cabin and in the hot tub. And we saw black bears!

Fantastic Cabin Away From it all yet close

We had a great time at the cabin - it's up a mountain and secluded from the bustle of people but is 15 minutes away from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, or the park. Was clean and well stocked and the host was very helpful, informative, and available. Would stay at again.

Very nice, not far at all from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Only issues we had no place to take dog to potty needed grass, and very steep down driveway. Very nice cabin enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The location of the cabin was central to all of the activities we planned. We all enjoyed the pool table and beautiful back decks. We hope to visit again! Very clean and the communication was excellent. Highly recommend!
