Master Suite
Main level: A King bed with new mattress and cable TV. Private bathroom with dual head walk in shower. A room with peace and relaxation in mind!

Kitchen
Main level: Our kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses, silverware, cookie pans, cocktail shaker set, knives, toaster, crockpot, blender, coffee bar and spice rack. The table seats ten to twelve with a bench. There are four bar stools at the counter.

Living Room
Main level: Sofa, love seat and comfy chair. Wrap up in a cozy blanket and enjoy conversation or a TV show.

Bedroom 2
Upstairs: A King bed, new mattress, TV and byo password for Netflix. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo and granite sink. Soft sheets and a pretty view, my idea of cabin life!

Bedroom 3
Upstairs: A king bed, new mattress, TV and views. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo and granite sink. Beautiful decor will create sweet dreams of the Smokey Mountains.

Bedroom 4
Upstairs: Queen bunk beds with twin trundle bed! A huge hit with the kids yet sturdy enough for adults. TV, private bathroom with tub/shower combo and granite sink.


Gameroom
Upstairs: There is foosball, an arcade game with 60 games including Pacman, Galaga, Dig Doug, Donkey Kong and more! Cable TV, books and board games. Couch is a queen sleeper if needed. Deck with views! This is a great hangout area!

The cabin is in a woodsy area. We have pest control come every month plus additional quarterly visits. The cabin has been professionally sealed. You might see bugs despite these efforts. Bears have been seen in the area.

Dogs: Airbnb will include the charge for the first dog. I will send a separate invoice for the second dog. First dog is $100, second dog is $75. Please clean up after your dogs inside and out. If you have more than two dogs, please contact me. Dogs are not allowed in the pool. In addition the pool has a liner. Dog's nails can tear it. If you think your pup will get in the pool, please do not let them into that area.

Starter sets of shampoo, soaps, toilet paper, garbage bags and paper towels are provided. You may need to purchase more during your stay.

Firewood and charcoal are not provided. These are both available at local grocery stores.

For your protection there is a security camera at the front door.

Please purchase trip insurance. It is available thru Airbnb.

This cabin is a supporter of Reach Therapeutic Riding Center. They have multiple programs using horses to help those with physical, mental or emotional challenges. Reach also has a US military veteran program, Horses for Warriors. Located in McGregor, Texas.
