We have 8 properties in the Smith Creek Reserve resort and we can accommodate your group of up to 180 guests all within walking distance of each other and we also offer side by side cabins if you need more than 1 cabin. Ask us for additional info.



✔️ Restricted Check In/Out Days - Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. You may not check in our out on these holiday days.



✔️ Starter Pack and Linens: Included are towels, hand towels, washcloths, sheets, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, and more. You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion.

However, with the high volume of amenities, occasional issues can happen, sometimes due to prior guest use or unexpected malfunctions. Please understand that refunds are not available for non-working amenities, but our team will always do everything possible to resolve any issues quickly. In some situations, repairs may require parts to be ordered, which can extend repair times.
