Or perhaps enjoy a cold beverage in the enclosed wet bar, complete with a roll up deck door and a big screen HDTV perfect for catching up on the big game!
Gather the family in this beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, all major appliances (including a new Double Oven), and seating for 14 at the dining table, an additional 4 at the high top bar, and 3 more at the island ! It is furnished with all the cookware and tableware necessary to create that perfect family meal.
You will also find a washer and dryer on this level for added convenience.
In the bedroom located on this level and you will find a King size bed, HDTV, and attached (shower) bathroom.
