The Space:

Soft winter light settles over the surrounding Smoky Mountains as you step onto the porch, the scent of pine mingling with the faint crackle of the gas fireplace inside. You can picture evenings curled up for a movie in the theater space, then stepping out to the hot tub while the crisp air sharpens the stars above. The lodge invites you to gather around the fire pit, hear laughter from the game room, and feel the quiet of the mountain evenings wrap around you.



Sleeping arrangements

The lodge spreads across three levels and comfortably sleeps 15 guests. The master bedroom on the main floor features an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, two guest bedrooms each offer a king bed; one includes an ensuite bathroom while the other shares a Jack & Jill style bathroom. The kids camp bedroom provides four single beds and a pull‑out sofa bed, creating a dedicated play space. An office on the main floor adds an additional single bed for extra guests.



Indoor living

The lower level is a year‑round entertainment hub with a movie theater, a second theater space, and a game room equipped with a pool table, arcade games, Pinball, foosball, shuffleboard, a bar, and a TV with PS5. A full bathroom and walk‑out access to the hot tub make indoor and outdoor relaxation seamless. The main‑floor living room centers on a gas fireplace, while a dedicated workspace offers privacy for work or study. Central air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the temperature comfortable, and a children’s playroom, books, and reading material provide options for all ages.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen on the entry floor includes a mini fridge, full‑size refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A dining table and adjacent dining room accommodate family meals, and a downstairs bar area adds another gathering spot for refreshments.



Outdoor living

Set on over an acre, the private backyard features a fire pit, outdoor furniture, a dining area, and a patio or balcony. The hot tub is available year‑round, while a shared pool welcomes guests from May through September with set operating hours. Bikes, sun loungers, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor playground give plenty of options for active enjoyment when the weather permits.

Nestled in a small community of high‑end properties, the lodge offers easy access to the Smoky Mountains’ winter trails and wildlife viewing. Pigeon Forge’s entertainment, shopping, and dining are just a short drive away, providing a convenient blend of outdoor adventure and town amenities.
