The Space:

Soft winter light settles over the surrounding Smoky Mountains as you step onto the porch, and the scent of pine mingles with the faint crackle of the gas fireplace inside. You can picture evenings spent in the game room, the clack of pool balls echoing while the kids explore the arcade, then winding down with a movie in one of the private theater spaces. Outside, the hot tub steams under a clear night sky, inviting you to soak while the crisp seasonal air brushes your skin. This lodge feels built for gathering, play, and quiet moments by the fire.



Sleeping Arrangements

The lodge spreads across three levels and sleeps up to 15 guests. The master bedroom on the main entry floor includes an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, two guest bedrooms each feature a king bed; one has its own ensuite bathroom while the other shares a Jack & Jill style bathroom. The kids camp bedroom offers four single beds and a pull‑out sofa bed, creating a dedicated space for play. An office on the main floor provides an additional single bed.



Indoor Living

The lower level is a year‑round entertainment hub with a movie theater, a second theater space, and a game room equipped with a pool table, foosball, shuffle board, arcade games, Pinball and a bar. A full bathroom and walkout access to the hot tub make indoor‑outdoor flow seamless. The main floor living room centers on a gas fireplace, and a dedicated workspace offers privacy when needed. A TV, PS5, books, reading material, and a children’s playroom keep every age occupied. Central air conditioning, heating and ceiling fans maintain comfort throughout.



Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen on the entry floor supplies a mini fridge, refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, oven, dishwasher and coffee maker, plus cooking basics, dishes and silverware. A dining table and nearby dining room accommodate group meals, while a downstairs bar area adds another spot for refreshments.



Outdoor Living

Set on over an acre, the private backyard features a fire pit, outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, patio or balcony, and a hot tub that is accessible year‑round. A shared pool operates seasonally from May to September with set hours. Bikes, sun loungers, a BBQ grill and an outdoor playground give plenty of options for sunny days.

Nestled in a small community of high end properties, the lodge offers easy access to the surrounding Smoky Mountains and the national park’s scenic winter trails and wildlife viewing. Pigeon Forge’s entertainment, shopping and dining are just a short drive away.
