Welcome to Sequoyah Manor, a 12-bedroom luxury cabin that provides the perfect space to bring your entire family together.

Located in the popular Preserve Resort on “the peaceful side of the smokies”, you will be close enough to Pigeon Forge to enjoy all the attractions but far enough away to benefit from the peace and quiet.

Located in a prime spot at the top of the resort means you will enjoy breath-taking views from every angle and a quick easy walk to the resort pool and pavilion.

Just imagine sipping your morning coffee from one of the large decks overlooking the gorgeous mountain range or relaxing at the end of the day in the hot tub while breathing in the invigorating mountain air.

Three large comfortable dens with sink-into sofas mean there’s plenty of space for family time but also somewhere to escape for a little peace and quiet.

Everyone will love their accommodations in one of our 12 bedrooms that are all equally sized and equipped. We offer eleven king suites and one bunk room and each room benefits from its own ensuite private bathroom. When you stay at Sequoyah Manor there’s no arguing over who has the best bedroom – they’re all the best!

Whether you are preparing a family feast or just a snack, the fully equipped double kitchen has everything you need to cook up the perfect meal and the BBQ/Grill means outdoor cooking can also be on the menu. The two large dining tables provide plenty of space for your entire family to break bread together.

When you’re not out exploring all that Pigeon Forge has to offer, you can spend time chilling and chatting, challenging one another to a game of pool, air hockey or Foosball or watching your favorite movie in the lower-level den with its 70" flat screen TV with sound bar and comfortable couch seating.

Whether your idea of the perfect getaway is action packed days or relaxing peace and quiet, Sequoyah Manor has it all!

Free Fun Included Every Day! To enhance your vacation experience free admissions to some of the area's most popular attractions are included - with a daily value of $640. You will receive one free ticket per day per group to each of the following: Dollywood, Dolly’s Splash Country, Pirates Voyage Dinner Show, Skyland Ranch, Titanic Museum, Wonderworks, Beyond the Lens, Country Tonite, Big Creek Expeditions, Top Jump, Crave Golf, Paula Deen’s Adventure Park, Legacy Zipline, Alcatraz East Crime Museum, Rocky Top Coaster, Rowdy Bear Snow Park, Paula Deen’s Lumberjack Feud, Soaky Mountain Water Park, Comedy Barn and The Grand Majestic Theater. Tickets are not cumulative but do reset each day. There is no limit to the number of attractions you can visit in a day.

Family Reunion

Beautiful location, clean house and plenty of room for our family of 29 to stay comfortably. It was very easy to reserve Sequoyah Manor through VRBO and Shelly was great to work with before, during and after our stay.

Making Memories

The cabin was perfect for our baseball team and families..Spacious and clean with a beautiful view! Eleven families stayed under 1 roof and had a fantastic time! Highlight: There were even bears who paid us daily visits!

Great House for large groups

Lots of room and plenty of bathrooms. Large kitchen was great and adequate for our 46 person group. Living spaces were enough to gather and provide entertainment. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

Perfect

We had about 50 people staying at this beautiful cabin and it was exactly what we needed. The house was spacious, with plenty of rooms and sleeping space, and perfect for a large group. Thomas was an amazing host and communicated perfectly with me as we navigated a winter storm during our stay.

Delightful stay at Sequoyah Manor

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of air conditioning, hot water, and even internet bandwidth for a group of 24 ages 2 to 72. The house is located close to the community pool, a grassy area, and a pavilion. Lots of people have stayed here - some things are not in perfect condition - but nothing that disturbed our stay. Once we got used to the resident bears, we enjoyed their visits.

Family reunion

We had a wonderful week. The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The house had breathtaking views of the Smokey Mountains. The property manager was easy to reach via text and very quick to respond on any questions or issues. Good amount of parking in front of the house. We made most of our meals there and between the two stoves, refrigerators and dishwashers it worked really well.

Family Christmas

We have a large family. Ages 1-75 and a total of 28. Getting together for Christmas at a cabin is a tradition and it’s also the main gift to everyone. This was our first time using this company and the experience was great. Absolutely no issues. Communication with the host was excellent. The cabin was very well stocked with kitchen equipment. Wonderful place for making memories.

Good Cabin!

This cabin has great space for large groups to spread out. We had a total of 36 people and did not feel on top of each other at all. We did have to do a little cleaning, but overlooked much. Cabin has a fantastic view! If you have a large group you are cooking for, you probably should bring a large skillet or two. There are plenty of crockpots. And several smaller skillets, but not a good large one.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 27 people stay a week here and loved every minute. The hosts checked in on us regularly and was easy to communicate with. There were some maintenance items that we found however did not report since it did not affect our stay or experience. We couldn't get one of the dishwashers to work, the jacuzzi tub didn't seem to be working, the outside deck lights on the lower deck did not come on. None of these things affected our stay and we would stay again in a heartbeat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This lodge is a great venue for large groups. It's also nice to have easy access to the adjacent pavilion. Our biggest disappointment was not having a functioning hot tub. When we stayed here in 2019 it had 2 hot tubs. Now it only has one and it wasn't working. The owner was unable to have it repaired during the 4 nights we stayed here. I was told it was out of her control. We've stayed in at least 6 different 12 bedroom lodges. This is the first one that did not have 2 hot tubs. I think any lodge that holds more than 50 people should have an appropriately increased hot tub capacity too.
