Great cabin with lots of room for the family. We had 3 generations of family all stay under one roof. The amenities were great and provided lots of things to keep us occupied even in bad weather. The views are great as well. Only a few complaints - could be more seating in the great room, there are no spots to set your soap and shampoo in the showers, the pool and lower deck have alarm systems that have to be pressed and door has to be closed in a certain amount of time which was more annoying than anything, there were plenty of TVs in all the rooms but no cable or subscriptions are provided yet cable boxes controlled a bunch of the TVs- which made them pointless, and the theater system was not hooked up properly when we got there but we connected it properly after slight research (the owners provided a great "how to" video that explained how to get the projection screen to play your movies but the wires were not connected to the soundbar or splitter correctly when we got there).

Great choice

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious and clean. Easy to get to (paved road/neighborhood) but high enough for nice views. Loved the theater and pool. Suggestions: Dining table is large but seating for table is lacking, needs another long bench on opposite side. Also, given that this is a cabin meant for large groups, recommend having some casserole dishes available in the kitchen.

The Most Stunning Beautiful Cabim

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 12 had great time in the 6 bedroom cabin with the wonderful indoor pool. It slept the entire group comfortably. There was enough parking for a van and 3 cars. We enjoyed the movie theater where we watched a thriller movie and enjoyed the grill where we grilled steaks, shrimp, and salmon. The pool table was also fun. The entire booking and checking out process was easy. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Family Vacation in Tenn.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Held our family of 17 easily....the amenities did not match up. We are flying in from all over the U.S. so we are limited by what we could bring. House had no coat hangers, a very small grill, hard to feed 17 with a two burner grill. 1 small trash bin for 17 consumers, trash had to be piled up in kitchen. If you want to allow a big crowd, please match the supplies to accommodate them. Overall a great family vacation.

Almost Perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was wonderful except the smell of the cabin. Upon entering the cabin has a foul odor. Like backed up sewage. We checked all the bathrooms and seen nothing. We brought a lot of cleaning supplies and cleaned the cabin. I mean swept, mopped and wiped everything down. It smelled clean for a while. But, when leaving and returning back to the cabin it still had that foul odor.

A quest from Ohio

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin we stayed in had everything you could want but arriving our check in time was delayed. We had a large group coming from different locations and trying to coordinate the delay was hard. When we arrived the cabin was not as clean as I thought it would be but it was a beautiful view and full of amenities. It also had cockroaches. They came and speayed but it was definately an ongoing problem that wasn't being managed. I have stayed in several cabins in other locations and never have I experienced that.

Horrible Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The heat in the cabin did not work properly we couldn’t use the basement where the pool area and movie room was at all the heat in the whole house wasn’t working we had to go get hotel rooms due to it being very cold in the cabin and all management wanted to refund me is $200.00 that’s not no where near what I paid to book the cabin this was the worst experience we every had and it was if they did not care at all I asked for a supervisor or manager to call me and never got a call from them all they care about is you booking with them and once they get your money you don’t hear from them I will never book with them again
