Warm wood finishes, soft lighting, and the tranquil atmosphere make this porch a favorite spot for morning coffee, evening soaks, or simply enjoying the beauty of the Smoky Mountains. Fire up the propane grill for an easy cookout and enjoy meals in the fresh mountain air with family and friends. Locations/ Roads/ Parking:
The property is easily accessible via paved roads, making your arrival smooth and stress-free. The fully paved driveway offers parking for up to four vehicles, providing plenty of space for your group. Conveniently located in Pigeon Forge just minutes from Dollywood, you'll enjoy both easy access and an ideal location close to all the area's top attractions.

Local Fun:
Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.

Special Dates:
Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow check-ins OR check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or New Year's Eve.

Check-In:
4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will email you the door code, which we will resend a week before your stay.

The fireplace is electric and can be used year around.

The pet fee is $100 per dog

Please clean up after your pet(s).
Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas, damage, or additional deep cleaning is required due to your pet, you will be charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.
Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

Cancellation Guarantee: Allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 7 days prior to check-in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay protection fee).
Inclement Weather: Some weather conditions can prevent or delay travel; no worries, we will work with you to cancel or move your dates.
Damage Coverage: Covers up to 250 dollars of unintentional accidents to the property (any damages that exceed the 250 dollars, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file).
24-hour On-Call Maintenance: If you need assistance at the property, call us, and our team will be happy to assist you at no additional charge.
