❛❛ This was a great place for our family to stay at during our recent Spring Break trip. It is conveniently located close to Gatlinburg and the Smoky mountains but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy stuff. William Holt is a great neighborhood for families, retirees, and anyone looking for a serene yet well-connected place to stay in Sevierville. Prime location, just a short drive to Great Smoky Mountains National Park for hiking, fishing, and wildlife spotting

Getting Around:
For the most part, it is a very easy drive. The house is out in a residential area with most of the drive just being some rolling through the valley but no switchbacks or sharp inclines or anything like that. We manage a few cabins deep in the woods with switchbacks and unposted roads and this is definitely NOT that kind of place.
