** Must be 23 to rent this cabin.
** No Smoking or Vaping ** You will be charged up to $2000 penalty fee for deep cleaning and fabric deodorizing the cabin.
** No Pets ** You will be charged $500 for bringing a pet and forced to leave with no refund.
** Please consider buying travel insurance to protect yourself from anything that is not covered under the cancellation policy (weather, power outages, guest reasons for backing out, etc.).

** Note: Cancellation fee of 3% or $75, whichever is higher, will be applied to cancelled reservations.
