Tucked inside Hidden Springs Resort, Boo Boo's Den is a charming group retreat just minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge. With wooded views, spacious interiors, and a pet-friendly policy, this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom cabin sleeps up to 15 guests and offers tons of fun. Enjoy evenings by the fire, soak in the outdoor hot tub with its own TV, and relax between adventures to Dollywood, dinner shows, and Smoky Mountain trails.

My grandchildren (adults) went in the hot tub and loved it. I only wish I had said I needed a flatter parking area as I am up in age and it was difficult getting in and out of the car at such a steep angle, but I'll know better next time to make that a priority. All in all, we had a great time and would use you all again. By the way, Brook, in your office, is a real sweetheart. I spoke with her a couple times and she was so very helpful.

The cabin could have been a little cleaner. The downstairs bunk room had kinda a musty/ gross smell, maybe from the carpet. The WiFi was hit or miss and kept disconnecting. Also they charge a pet fee, per dog (which isn’t in the listing so be aware of that). If I messaged the owners they were always responsive. The house size was nice with lots of entertainment space. The kitchen way fully stocked with whatever we needed. The location was great as it was close to Dollywood and away from the main strip.

We had plenty of room and a beautiful view. There was 10 grown up’s and 3 toddlers. Needs a toddler gate. Needs hair dryers in bathrooms. Start up kits for washer and dryer. Nice to have the tv by hot tub.

So relaxing

It was so nice and relaxing. There was 1 issue with 1 toilet but it was resolved right away. Everyone said they had an amazing time! I will definitely be rebooking this cabin in June!

Horrible Old Cabin with Roaches

Check in went smooth. Porch steps are weak and risk breaking at any minute. Furniture was old and wore out or broken. Signs on walls had broken pieces. Turned on the lights downstairs and the roaches started running wild. Have videos to prove. Porch door was old and stuck, outside furniture had to be 20 years old. Dishwasher came out from under cabinet when you opened it. Drain in tubs missing. No water pressure and for basically $650 a night after fees awful. No response from office when I reached out repeatedly.

Nice but wont stay again

First off there was no broom. We had to buy one. The coffee pot did not work. Didnt try the kureg. The cabin would not cool down at all. The air wasnt working well. The tvs, only two worked. The hide a beds were very uncomfortable and the one downstairs was broken. We winded up buying air mattresses to sleep on. The parking is very steep you must be careful opening doors. The positive the kids enjoyed it except the air not working properly. They enjoyed the pool and it was nice it was salt water and not chlorine so it wasnt heavy on smell. We liked the location close to town and dollywood but over all would not atay again.

Nice Cabin in the Smokies

Boo Boo’s Den was amazing!! We went at the beginning of Nov 2021. The weather was cold at night/morning and hot in the afternoon. Lots of natural light throughout the cabin. Master bedroom ceiling fan a little unstable and noisy. The keurig didn’t work. The water in the jet tub in the master bedroom kept draining even with the stopper in. Cabins for You had a welcome bag with goodies waiting for us on the counter when we arrived! Plenty of towels available! Nice overall!!!

Cabin stay

This cabin was one issue after another, I was very disappointed I went here for my bachelor party to relax instead I had to deal with no hot water, tv / cable box’s that did not work, 2 of the toilets would not stop running, only one pool stick had a tip on it there was a strong sewer smell outside which made sitting on the deck miserable I made calls to get a maintenance man out he came and basically said there was no issues with any of the things I mentioned and stole a phone charger from a bedroom I was told that I would have someone contact me to figure this out and never did ! I will never stay here again I thought the review I read before I stayed was harsh but it was actually 100 percent the truth !

Poor management communication, cabin maintenance issues

First of all, I want to say this cabin is nicely laid out for families and groups, nice open living area, beautiful porches with nice views, a fun rec room and they're dog friendly, all of which we liked and appreciated. Beyond that, we had a very difficult time communicating with the management company when the water wasn't heating up, the dishwasher smelled and wouldn't actually clean dishes, the kitchen faucet leaked down the back and along the countertops, and there were no drain plugs in any of the bathtubs (property listed as kid friendly....hard to bathe my 2 year old without either a drain plug or a detachable shower head). I messaged them via the Vrbo app and didn't get a response until 9 hours later that a message was sent to their Guest Relations team. Nearly 24 hours later, no response or a visit from a handyman. So I finally call their 800 number and am on hold for several minutes to talk to someone. This person locates my reservation and says he sees no notes about us needing any assistance (!!!!) and now that he's made a note of it it will take at least another 8 hours to merely get an ETA for someone to come fix these things. Around the 2nd day of our 6 day stay we all start to notice a HORRIBLE sewage smell outside the front door. It was strongest outside, but we think it was coming from the ground level because then it was starting to emanate into the lower level of the house (where the majority of the bedrooms are). My kids complained about the smell when they had to sleep in the bunk room downstairs. Kitchen wasn't stocked well (I know poor cookware is par for the course for a rental, but these pots and pans were in horrible condition....we tried to make a roast in the provided slow cooker (awesome!), but no matching lid to be found (argh!)). There were maybe 2 dozen various knives in the drawers, but NONE of them were sharp. My mother-in-law cut herself while trying to slice vegetables for dinner and the knife was so dull it slipped off the vegetable and into her finger. Coming up on the first day of our stay, my booking through the Vrbo app was never updated with any check-in or Wifi info. Cabins for YOU pretty much neglect their customers if they book on Vrbo, so PLEASE be aware! It may be better on their direct website, but I wouldn't know, and I'm not interested in finding out on any future stays.
