* Note that the 1st floor is only accessible by its own separate exterior entrance, there are no connecting interior stairs so this is a separate & private space for your guests. The 1st floor entrance is on the back patio near the hot tub

* We allow up to 2 dogs per reservation. A pet fee of \$125 per reservation applies. Please select the number of pets when selecting the number of guests or notify us if the platform you're booking on doesn't have a pet selection and we will invoice you separately.

* Large trailer and RV parking is allowed. It is $10 per night billed separately. The parking area is across the street from this cabin, and it is viewable from the Cabin. It's also within close walking distance of the parking site and the cabin.
* Military, Veteran, Police & Firefighter Discount
We are proud to offer all Current Military, Veterans, Police & Firefighters a 5% discount. In order to receive this discount, you must make your reservation first then send us a message with a copy of your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the name on the proof of service. We will then refund 5% of the accommodation back to you in the resolution center the day of your check in.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the cabin excluding owners closets and the shed.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that the 1st floor does not connect to the 2nd floor by interior stairs. The 1st floor has a separate and private exterior guest entrance.
Starter Pack and Linens: Included are towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup wipes, sheets, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, and more. You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and other extras we like to surprise you with.
