1. Housekeeping should have done a quick walk through to ensure no cobwebs on headboard, doorways, light fixtures to wall hangings/pitcures.2. Should have ensured all lights fixtures were working properly inside and out and that they all had light bulbs.3. Nort enough water pressure to take a shower or bath. Something wrong with diverter.4. Need pest control. Killed several roaches in kitchen area especially sink.Overall the cabin was very nice, just wasnt expecting to walk up 36 stairs just to the front door. Front door gave us a fit to lock it. Lights on the right side of driveway were out except one bulb.We would rent again from you;however, as senior citizens we would need everything all on same level for next cabin rental. The riad leading up and downn the mountain side very scary due to narrow, shap, steep, windy roads and all the blind spots. I know you have no control on that part. I guess it just needs to be in your advertisement as to what to expect.Thank you

This particular cabin is not for people over 40. The pictures and description are very deceiving. There are 36 steps to climb just to get into the unit. The parking is definitely not for a full sized truck. There are definitely parts of the cabin that I know for fact would not pass code if inspected by a qualified inspector. The bed clothes were definitely not fresh. They smelled very stale at best. The headboard for the bed was a flimsy piece of foam that kept falling onto the bed. Very low water pressure in the shower. Cob webs all over the place. In other reviews we read that it's professionally cleaned, y'all might wanna hire a better cleaning service. We made the best of it but will not rent this place again. I really wish the owners would not have been so deceptive with the photos and been more upfront in the description about the parking and stairs. Wish em luck and hopefully they invest a little more work into their property.

The cabin had everything we needed for a perfect weekend! The bed was extremely comfortable, the hot tub was wonderful & we enjoyed ourselves immensely. We’ll definitely be back!

Overall a good place to stay, there were a few drawbacks like the steep driveway and narrow parking spots and it wasn't as clean as it could have been but, but nothing that made for a bad stay. Our kids really enjoyed how high up it was and the porch swing. the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, there were plenty of bath towels and extra blankets. Bears came by on 2 different occasions, one of which ripped up some decorative pillows they had out, so definitely don't leave anything outside or in your car. We had to reach out to the hosts due to the hot tub leaking but they came out and fixed it up promptly.

Totally NOT worth the price!!! Pictures are deceiving unless you enjoy a view of powerlines and road, there were spiders in the bathtub, scary break-your-neck circular stairs, moss covered deck below the leaking hottub along with no water pressure for the shower and musty smelling futon couch. You'll want climbing gear to get up the two flights of stairs to the main level and has the scariest, challenging driveway to park in. The microwave works but the door was broken and "glued" in two places. Its at the very bottom of the valley with now view. Any good reviews must be friends or family. Again, totally not worth the price, especially when a suite at Dollywood was the same cost with all the amenities.

I come to pigeon Forge every year and pretty chill about a lot but this place a scam with the photos they posted versus what you actually get there.Cleanliness: saw a few roaches and had to kill them. Spiders every where inside (not a big deal to me but some people may not like it). Bugs in the jacuzzi and tub! Black stuff coming out of the jets in the jacuzzi. Bed had stains and smelled awful like it has been washed in months. Outside: very small and a lot of steep stairs (sharing for anyone who wants to avoid it). Balconies are dry rotting in places and very, very wobbly. Outdoor furniture wasn’t properly maintained. Hot stub was okay. No place to take out the trash even though they required us to take it out, so we collected it up in one big bag and left a note saying there was no where to put it. Inside: The spiral stays was very small so can be dangerous to climb if you’re going up/down it and not paying attention to every step. Microwave was broken. The fridge did not get cold until a day and a half later. Freeze was good. WiFi good. A good amount of the lights didn’t work. I have many photos but it will only let me attach 8 so there’s 8 photos of the cabin.

The cabin in the sky was a lovely, calming break in the mountains. The owners were kind and quick to respond to our questions. The stairs are steep - we did not have a problem, but anyone with physical limitations or fear of stairs/heights may want to avoid. Maneuvering the driveway took some skill, but was fine for our one SUV. The cabin has a nice quaint, rustic feel and we would stay again.

Incredible Memories

Outside of the hike up the stairs. There is not one negative issue. Bugs are par for the course. Has enough amenities to stay at the cabin. We played bags for four hours (brought our own). Even with the vehicle parked there was plenty of room. The swing is a very relaxing change of pace. The hot tub outside is very relaxing in the evening. The decor was interesting. Some might say hokey. I feel it gave a nice touch. Overall. Incredible place to go with someone and forget about the outside world. Highly recommend.

Not as it seems

Let me start with the fact that this property listing is not accurate. There is little to no parking, my SUV barely fit. Then there is the 25 stairs to the 1st landing (not shown or disclosed in the listing). We were then greeted with a dripping hot tub. As soon as I opened the door I was hit with the smell of mold. Downstairs was fine. Then there is the spiral stairs (which I knew about), but the railing is not what is pictured and at the top there is no railing around the top, so you just step off. I knew the bathroom was upstairs but not that the entrance was in the master bedroom. Thankfully our other guests couldn't come. Communication with the owner after we checked in was rude and uncaring. We did not stay at this property, due to the mold smell (I would have had to go to the ER by the next day).

The host is very accommodating and nice. Everything was similar to the pictures. The only thing I would add is the driveway is a little steeper than the pic makes it look. Overall it was a nice experience.

Vacation

The house was very nice however the photos are misleading. The parking is very steep and not accommodating for a truck. The pictures didn’t show the ground floor from the parking area so a set of steps is missing. The steps are very steep, including the stairs inside the house.
