The River Place. Hot tub. Riverfront Mountain View

The River Place is our family farm. Nora Crawford bought this farm in 1992 with visions of making treasured family memories. My children tubed in the river, raised horses, cows, dogs, chickens, and a glorious garden. We would love to share our slice of heaven in the shadows of the Great Smoky Mountains. This 57 acre farm is a perfect getaway with breathtaking views and wrap around river access. It is a romantic spot for one or two couples. Maximum guests four.

There are two extra bedrooms that have been closed off. We use these two rooms strictly for the wedding venue and the bridesmaids. This is a separate listing because in works in conjunction with the wedding venue. Link will be available soon.

This house is not your average farm house. It has been completely renovated to a modern sleek feel.
The farm is located in downtown Sevierville, right on the river. 10 minutes to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park are 30 minutes away. Knoxville is just up the road about 30 minutes as well.
There is so much to do and explore. Make this your best adventure ever!
Do understand this is a working farm. From time to time there will be tractors in the field cutting hay or maintaining the grounds. We will be as respectful about the time as we can and will limit activities, but understand we have to work with the weather also. Thank you for your understanding. Enjoy watching someone else work!

Spring, summer, and fall there will be the lawn service once a week or sometimes once every other week. They will contact me and let me know when they are coming and I will pass this information to you as my guests. We want to keep it looking pretty for you.

GROUND. MULCH WILL CATCH ON FIRE! USE ASHTRAY PROVIDED ON
PATIO TABLE NEXT TO KITCHEN)
• NO CANDLES OR OPEN FLAMES INSIDE EXCEPT THE GAS FIREPLACES
• DO NOT THROW ANY TRASH, ROAST MARSHMALLOWS, OR ANY OTHER
OBJECTS IN OR ON THE FIRE FEATURES. IT WILL CAUSE GREAT
DAMAGE.
• WE HAVE PROVIDED SOME VERY SPECIAL TABLES CREATED FROM
TREES ON THE PROPERTY SO PLEASE USE THE COASTERS TO
KEEP LOOKING GREAT FOR MANY YEARS TO COME.
• DO NOT LEAVE FOOD, TRASH, BEVERAGES, OR DISHES OUTSIDE.
PLEASE DISPOSE OF ALL TRASH IN PROVIDED RECEPTACLES. RETURN
ALL DISHES TO KITCHEN. BEING A PART OF NATURE MEANS THAT
RACOONS, OPOSSUMS, SKUNKS, AND OTHERS ARE LOOKING FOR A
FREE MEAL.
• EVEN THOUGH WE ARE IN THE CITY LIMITS PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR
OUR LOCAL RESIDENT WILDLIFE INCLUDING; TURKEY, DEER, COYOTES,
BALD EAGLES, HAWKS, GREAT BLUE HERRONS, TURTLES, SKUNKS,
SQUIRRELS, CHIPMUNKS, AND EVEN BLACK BEARS. IT’S ALL PART OF
LIVING IN THE MOUNTAINS.
• I AM A ROMANTIC AT HEART BUT PLEASE DO NOT PUT UP STREAMERS,
USE GLITTER, OR ROSE PETALS! THEY NEVER GO AWAY AND LEAVE A
MESS!
• PLEASE NOTIFY US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OF ANY BREAKAGES.
• WE LOVE OUR PETS BUT PLEASE LEAVE YOURS AT HOME.
• THE HOT TUB IS FOR CLEAN BODIES ONLY SO PLEASE DON’T ADD
BUBBLES OR DYES. IT WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE HOT TUB.
• IF THE HEAT OR AIR ARE ON, PLEASE KEEP DOORS CLOSED TO KEEP
BUGS OUT AND THE CONDITIONED AIR INSIDE.
• PLEASE DO NOT GO BEYOND THE PRIVACY FENCE TO LEFT OF HOUSE
(WHEN VIEWING FROM FRONT). THERE IS PLENTY OF SPACE TO
EXPLORE IN FIELDS DIRECTLY BEHIND, ON RIGHT SIDE, AND IN FRONT
OF HOUSE.
` NO FOUR WHEELERS, QUADS, OFF ROAD VEHICLES DRIVEN ON THE
PROPERTY. `I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE YOUR STAY WITHOUT REFUND IF YOU
EXCEED THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF FOUR ADULTS (NO CHILDREN).
I HATE RULES AS MUCH AS ANYONE BUT THESE HAVE COME ABOUT BASED ON EXPERIENCES WITH THE OCCASIONAL PREVIOUS GUESTS. THESE WILL HELP YOU AND EVERYONE TO ENJOY THEIR EXPERIENCES HERE.
