«Horrible experience, my family and I drove there from Miami Florida. It’s a 12 hour drive, some of us had to work the first day so we left a little bit late. «On the second day the hottub got cloudy, slippery, and smelled like rotten fish. They made us pay for someone to come and change it. That was after days of calling and someone telling me they would be there the next day and never showing. The master tub jets shot out lots of mold when I turned them on so that was unusable as well. Overall it wasn’t a comfortable stay.»

«My room was moved to a "pet friendly room". I was ok with that until I went in the room. Pet friendly rooms should have a bordered platform under the box spring so cats cannot get under there. The material under the boxsprings were torn and half of it laid on the floor. Looked very tacky. Before I brought my cat in I looked under the beds with a flashlight.
