«The Over the Moon Cottages are an excellent location for convenience of being close to downtown Bala amenities and direct access to the lake across the road. It was my first VRBO booking so naturally I was pretty anxious at first not hearing from them, but then once the check in information was provided, everything was nice and easy. «My friends and I enjoyed the labour day long weekend at this cozy cottage by the water. The property is beautiful, well maintained and allows you to see the sunset by the dock. The game room downstairs gave us something to do during those cold nights. The owner, Kimberly, did a great job providing the children with games and activities appropriate for their age. «Ahead of my wedding my friends and I gathered for a weekend on a lake. This property was within high end restaurants and had wifi, a nice dock and lots of beds. The cottage is clearly organized. Everything was in order and instructions were available Daphney was prompt in answering all questions and we had no issues all weekend with everything on site. I'd fully recommend this location.»

«My parents, sister and I had a lovely time at this property. Alona was a fantastic host with clear and speedy communication. The cottage itself is lovely and easily fit us all. The cottage has something for everyone. I really enjoyed kayaking around Loon and Turtle Lakes. MMy parents loved the various sitting areas. My sister loved jumping off the dock. Great price and great spot! Thank you Alona we will be there again!»

«Overall, the hosts were great. The place was modern and updated and very clean, everything was well kept and the property and the water were beautiful. On the location: I didn't realize from the pictures how close the neighbors are. It's like being at a cottage in the suburbs. «Eight months after booking, property manager advised that booked dates not available. We changed booking dates accordingly, flights, etc. which was inconvenient. Previous renter were very dirty and disrespectful of property and while I'm sure cleaners did what they could in time allotted, we had to sweep, clean a bathroom and wash some bed sheets. Property is beautifully located and well equipped, with good communication with property manager.»
