«Central town hotel with free car parking at the rear. Downstairs area is nice but rooms are very tired and dated. Room carpet stained and curtains sunbleached. Tiling in bathroom was awful - all needs replaced. Room itself is clean and bed comfortable. Plug in radiator works but needs a good clean. At breakfast, "orange juice" should be pure and fresh, not diluted.»

«Beautiful room and bathroom. Loved the tub and a stroll in the gardens.»

«Nice place. Miss the personal welcome, it makes a difference. We received a blank check-in email and had no one to help or even a number to call. Thankfully they responded quickly to the email help request so we received our full check in details without too much delay. Some cleaning issues eg mould in shower. Poor quality gowns, bleach stains on them and no gown belts, poor quality towels. Both things fairly tatty. We booked for 2 adults and two children - the apartment was only set up ...
