Ligger i hjertet av Seven Mile Beach, hvor stranden er ekspansiv, og vannet er klart og vakkert, er dette en karibisk strandferie i en luksusvilla som skal være som. Ingen andre villaer i denne størrelsen er tilgjengelig for leie på denne fantastiske og prestisjefylte strekningen av Cayman sand.

Denne bemerkelsesverdige villaen har 3 romslige etasjer med king-size soverom i hver etasje, alle vender mot havet. Fire av soverommene er master suiter med ensuites.

Første etasje har et stort kjøkken og spisestue med en formell sittegruppe og strålende tur ut til høyre inn på Seven Mile Beach. Strandelskere vil fråtse i overbygd uteplass med spray slanger for ferskvann skyllinger etter en svømmetur i sjøen eller gå på stranden, tiki hytter på stranden og rikelig med solsenger. Den milde surf og strand som pryder denne villaen er helt hvitt sand og perfekt for små barn, paddle boarding, og bare flyter. Også i hovedetasjen, gir et hi en 7. soverommet som det konverterer til en privat soverom med 2 senger.

Andre etasje ønsker deg velkommen med et stort familierom, massiv lounging område, 60-tommers tv, våt bar, biljardbord, fotball bord og to mester suiter. Vaskemaskin og tørketrommel er på både første etasje og andre etasje. Ice beslutningstakere er også i begge etasjer. Andre etasje balkongen er romslig og perfekt for underholdende med sin vidstrakte utsikt over havet og stranden uhindret av naboer eller andre bygninger.

I tredje etasje har soverom med karakter! En romslig hems og et koselig privat soverom, hver med sine egne private balkonger, king size-senger og klar tilgang til boblebadet på 3. etasje balkongen som tårner over denne berømte stranden, perfekt for en utrolig natt under stjernene.

Alle balkongene strekker seg over hele bredden av denne enorme villaen, noe som gjør utendørslivet nesten like uimotståelig som interiøret.

In one word our stay was ETHEREAL! Mona Lisa was a true Shero helping us organize and be pampered with her staff. Chef Eliot and his village catering team were mind boggling, with a such a vast variety of flavorful cuisine. We never go to the same place, now we may never go anywhere else. Amazing Week at Seascape Villa

The house and location were perfect for our family vacation. It is stocked with everything you could need and then some. The icing on the cake was the staff that comes with it. Mona Lisa was happy to help with every detail and suggested many fun things to do. Yuri was very attentive to any issues we had with the property. Adrian was the best! He showed up every morning with a smile and kept everything clean and tidy. He was so helpful and friendly. Can’t speak highly enough of him! Thank you for the most memorable family vacation! Highly recommend this property!

A Week in Paradise

We had a group of 18 family members celebrating Thanksgiving at Seascape Villa for a week. Ages 5-73. The home is beautiful and you will not find a better location! The private beach area is perfect and idyllic. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out in the house and breathtaking views from every room and level. The staff was always helpful and polite. We used Chef Eliot for some of our meals and they were all amazing and delicious. The home is clean and luxurious. My only feedback is if you ever decide to add anything, the house would be even more perfect if it had a half bath on the ground level for those visiting or staying in the bunk room and another bath upstairs, we had 6 teens sharing that top bathroom and it was a bit cozy. But other than that, you can’t beat Seascape Villa for the perfect week in paradise, there is so much to do while also being the perfect place to relax! We hope to return again in the future!

Seascape is a slice of heaven on 7 Mile Beach

No home like this place on 7 Mile Beach. We wanted for nothing. Adults and kids and grandchildren all loved our week stay at Seascape. We love Cayman Island and love Seascape!

Best trip EVER!

This house is awesome! The location and view are priceless. It is definitely a show stopper, yet homey and very comfortable. The patios and decks are unbelievable spots to watch the amazing sunsets every evening. The beach area is very private - almost like having your own beach! The house has everything you need to enjoy the beautiful water. Delicious restaurants and shopping are all an easy walk. The property manager, Yuri, is great. He arranged all our deliveries before we arrived and was only a text or call away whenever we had a question. We will definitely be returning soon! This house is a gem on Seven Mile Beach!

Beautiful and Best Vacation

This property is more than perfect! Very clean, LOTS of room, but yet cozy in many places, sleeps 17 people easily, so many games to play: pool, ping pong, foosball, etc.. The floor plan is laid out excellent with kitchens on both the first and second floors. The place is very clean and in the best place on the island. Less than a mile from the grocery store, right across the street from several restaurants, bars, etc. The beach area is always clean with the whitest of sands and the clearest of water with several different shades of blue! Many different places to lay out and just relax outside or just lounge inside. Yuri was an excellent host/help and was always willing to help us with anything. He also would bring our kids fresh cantaloupes and mangos. My family and I cannot say enough good things about this property! We will definitely be returning for another vacation next year! Checking in to this place was painless and very easy and everything was ready on time. When we had to check out, although my entire family did not want to leave.... Yurri told us that all we need to do is turn the keys in and the phone that they provided in and we are set to go. HIGHLY recommend this rental property, IF it is available. Better book quick because this house cannot stay available.

Family Vacation with 9 adults and 9 children

This house and its location are amazing! It is very well designed and functionally works. Even with 9 children with us the noise level never got bad because there were so many gathering spots. The internet was powerful, even with so many people with devices. The views of the ocean were crystal clear and the water a beautiful turquoise color. I was concerned that it would be difficult not having a pool--but I was definitely wrong!! The ocean itself was just steps away and very shallow for the first 10-12 feet, which was great for the 4 year old. The waves are very minimal so there was no problem with undercurrent, etc. And we took many long walks on 7 Mile Beach. Just beautiful scenery. The kitchen was well equipped as was every room in the house--they've thought of everything! One of our favorite events was a ping pong tournament on the 2nd level--that room is enormous!! All of us gathered with plenty of room to spare. The third floor has a long walkway between the two bedrooms. We used that as our "stage" as we taught the words to a song we chose for our theme of the week. The view from that floor is just a magnificent reflection of the fingertips of God. Everything was close by. We walked to Camana Bay--a great restaurant/shopping area with shooting fountains for the kids to wade in and an "island" to explore. There are many restaurants in walking distance--even fast food for kids. Yuri, the manager was always available if we needed anything and answered my calls right away! I would say that our entire family fell in love with this beautiful home on a beautiful island.

This is our second time at Seascape. It is the only place to stay. Period!

Outstanding home, best location, immediate service from on property manager Yuri! The beach is groomed every morning like a luxury boutique! The architecture of the home is stunning! Every want or need is accounted for: ocean floats, snorkel, paddleboard, kayaks, ping pong, pool table, foosball, .... etc! The grocery store, restaurants& camana Bay are a short walk which is great given taxis are high price! I don’t know if anything can beat Mr Price and his beautiful home. I pray he will continue to rent it as it has become our home away from home on 7 mile beach! His location is just far enough from the crowded high rise Ritz... it is like a slice of 7mile beach just for you. A gem!

Great visit to Cayman

Island is fantastic and Seascape is even better. Terrific beach, weather, and multiple-family villa located in the middle of the action. Yuri (property manager) is attentive and is great to deal with. Villa is awesome because you can be together or grab your own space for quiet. Many different ways to spend your day. Villa has everything families need to keep kids and parents happy to do their thing on vacation.

Amazing Location and Property!

We had 9 adults and one toddler in the home and always had the space and privacy that we wanted. Steps to the beach and the ocean made for an extraordinary experience and everything we wanted was within walking distance - great restaurants, entertainment and shopping. We love Grand Cayand have been there several times. This time we rented Seascape with 5 couples. Plentiful room and privacy for all. Yuri was helpful caretaker and made our stay easy. Because of high surf on first day water was cloudy and snorkeling was no good close to shore.

Paradise on Seven Mile Beach

14 of our family members stayed at Seasape. It is as beautiful as the pictures. The kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils, coffee maker and a blender that we needed. There was even some tin foil and Saran Wrap and some seasonings which was left by previous guests. The young adults enjoyed playing pool and ping pong which is a great added element. The house is very sound proof because the older people never heard them play when we went to bed. This place is a gem and worth the money. Yuri the manager is great to work with from setting up the rental to calling him to get some lights replaced. He is so nice and very attentive. We had a great time and loved this place. The location is great for walking to restaurants etc...Pure paradise

Like a dream, can't believe we could stay here!!!

We loved this property! All the pictures are accurate, it is RIGHT on the beach, in fact on our last day the water lapped up on our patio during a very high tide! I felt like lifestyles of the rich and famous walking down those circular banisters with those sweeping ocean views-------- Wonderful family property, 6 master suites, loads of room and deluxe kitchen-we had a chef the first night and he had plenty of room to work and we ate out on the patio overlooking the ocean! Yuri was AMAZING- we called him a couple of times and he was right there every time. And the location..... could not have been any better-if I am really lucky, one day we will be able to stay again!!!

We LOVE this House!

This is the 2nd year we have stayed in this beautiful home. It works for our large family. We had 12 adults and 2 kids and were not crowded at all. There are 3 floors so everyone can spread out and enjoy the luxury. You do feel like this is your very own private retreat if only for a week. Walk out the back door to Seven Mile Beach and it's paradise! House manager Yuri is great! If you need anything he is there to help. We are already booked again for next year!

Beautiful property on a pristine white sandy beach!

House and Beach: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seascape. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean, and in working order. The beach was insanely beautiful. The water was so crystal clear your mind was tricked into thinking you were in a swimming pool. It wasn't until you tasted the salt water that you were reminded it really was an ocean. There were water toys, kayaks, floats....etc waiting for us on the beach. It was too easy. Property Manager Assessment: Yuri was an excellent property manager. He was around the property daily and very easy to locate. We inquired about getting squid to fish in the mornings. Some of our guys liked to take the two kayaks out really early in the morning while the water was super calm. Yuri came back with all the bait they needed. We inquired about getting a surprise birthday cake for one of our guests. He made it happen. He was wonderful! Proximity to Restaurants: We had never been to Seven Mile Beach before and didn't realize how convenient Seascape's location was to nearby restaurants. You have three amazing restaurants and one very large bar/restaurant virtually across the street. The food was fantastic everywhere we went. Not knowing this, we had lined up a private chef for two nights of our stay and all I can say is WOW!! Chef Remy's food was spectacular. He's super familiar with Seascape. Everything was effortless for our family and friends. Even though the restaurants were amazing, I would still recommend Chef Remy if you want to take a night to relax on property. To Rent a Car or Not to Rent a Car: We didn't and had no regrets. Restaurants were close by. Groceries were delivered to the house. Want to snorkel or go horseback riding? How about parasailing or deep sea fishing? All of those companies will send a shuttle or boat to the house to pick you up. We even had two jet skis delivered to our beach for a day. Everything was a phone call away. Suggestion box: My only suggestion to Yuri as we were checking out would be to provide beach umbrellas in between the outdoor loungers. You can find shade under the large covered back patio and under the Tiki huts, but if your family wants to sit side by side in the loungers, be prepared to bake. Yuri was able to procure one umbrella for our group that was very much appreciated, but really the property needs at least four matching ones lined up in a row. Knowing Yuri, he'll figure out a way to make it happen. We can't wait to return next year!

Perfect beach vacation.

We had 8 adults and 5 children for a week at Seascape Villa. The accommodations are terrific and the weather and beach are unbeatable. The manager, Yuri Ferguson, was very accommodating and responsive to every need or request. When we booked the property, we were a little concerned that we did not have a pool. When we saw the beach and water that concern disappeared immediately. In fact, adding a pool would detract significantly from the property and experience. We can use a pool anywhere. You cannot improve on the natural beauty of this beach and water. We have been to a lot of beaches around the world but this was by far the best ever. We look forward to returning.

What a perfect home in a perfect spot. We had all 17 of our family here and everyone loved it.

The water is so close and clear. The little kids love that. The big kids love snorkeling right off the beach and using the house kayaks and paddleboard. The pool table and ping pong table were very popular too. Dozens of excellent restaurants are all within walking distance. We cant wait to come back next year!
