«We are a party of two. No favorable point at all about the hotel. We checked in shortly after 3pm. First of all, upon entering the room, we noticed a smell of urin, coming from the AC unit. We immediately reported the problem. Hotel clerk said to send a maintenace personnel to the room. No one came. We had to sleep in the foul smell all night without the AC.

The parking lot was full when we left in the morning which surprised me as I heard no noise in the hallway or parking lot during the night.
