It comprises a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine), a mezzanine with two single beds (90cm) and one double bed (140cm). The living room also includes a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed. There is a bathroom (sink, shower) with a toilet. The apartment boasts a superb, unobstructed view overlooking the canals of the Quilles marina and its boats. It has two terraces of 14m² and 12m². Parking space #29. Pets allowed (€30).
