Located less than 150 m from the Corniche and Lazaret beaches, you can enjoy sandy shores, water sports at the Port des Quilles, and beachfront restaurants with relaxing lounge areas.



The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. Situated on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it offers a wide view of Sète’s beaches, Cap d’Agde, and, in the distance, the Canigou mountain.



The kitchen is equipped with an oven, multifunction microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge. The 7 m² bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190). The living room features a sofa bed for two (140 x 190 mattress) and a TV. A 5 m² cabin area offers a bunk bed (90 cm) and two pull-out beds (70 cm). The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. The 5 m² terrace is furnished with a table, four chairs, and a barbecue.



The 30 m² apartment with terrace is entirely for your stay, not suitable for guests with reduced mobility, in a secure residence with boules games.



A free parking space (for a small/medium vehicle) is reserved for the apartment. There is a bike storage room, two bus lines to reach the city center or beaches, a coastal pedestrian promenade, and a cycle path leading to the city, canals, open-air theater, or the Mediterranean shores at Cap d’Agde, Marseillan, Bouzigues, or Mèze.



Bed linen and towels are not included, available for an extra fee. Please return all dishes and equipment clean at departure.
