Nestled on the 2nd floor and accessible by stairs, the property combines stylish decor with all the modern amenities you need for an enjoyable stay.

The open-plan living area is thoughtfully furnished with a cozy sofa and a TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Step onto the private balcony to savour the fresh air and enjoy a serene outdoor moment during your visit.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, featuring essential appliances such as a stove, oven, and microwave. A dishwasher simplifies post-meal cleanup, while the washing machine, drying rack, and ironing equipment provide everything you need for hassle-free laundry.

Both bedrooms are designed for your comfort, each offering a queen-sized bed fitted with plush, hotel-quality linens and ample storage space to make you feel at home.

The bathroom is well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant experience.

For added convenience, free street parking is available, making it easy to explore the area. The apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for your peace of mind.

The property is situated in a picturesque area that blends natural beauty, historical charm, and vibrant local culture. The nearby Sesimbra Castle, a well-preserved medieval fortress perched on a hill, offers breathtaking panoramic views of the town and coastline.

Within walking distance, Sesimbra’s main beaches, Praia do Ouro and Praia da Califórnia, provide golden sands and clear waters, perfect for a relaxing day by the sea. The lively promenade along these beaches is lined with cafes and restaurants, offering fresh seafood and regional delicacies.

A short distance from the property, the Fortaleza de Santiago, a 17th-century fortress, stands between the beaches, adding a historical touch to the coastal scenery. For those willing to venture a bit further, Cape Espichel, located 15 km away, boasts dramatic cliffs, dinosaur footprints, and the historic Nossa Senhora do Cabo church.

Nature lovers can explore the Serra da Arrábida Natural Park, known for its verdant landscapes, hiking trails, and stunning views over the Sado Estuary and the Troia Peninsula. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Escola, is just a 3-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 55-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
