Greit hotell
Rask inn og utsjekk. Fikk frukt og vin på hotellrommet, som var en hyggelig gest. Rent og ordentlig. Servitørene var ikke raske så vi hentet somregel drikke selv, ellers hadde maten blitt kald.

Hotellet er bra , det er litt ut av byen så anbefaler å leie bil hvis skal besøke Antalya eller rundt område. Det blir kaus og uryddig når mange unge kommer til hotellet for fotball samling , hotellet hadde ikke nok ansatt på jobb til å ordne alt på plass.

The resort is a little out of the way of Antalya but it's very peaceful. Room was nice and clean. The private beach is closeby and there is a frequent shuttle service. Food and drinks are abundant at all times, but the fish/meat options aren't the tastiest as they are all blant. May be they need to look at having cooks catering to a more wider variety of visitors from around the world. The numerous restaurants mentioned on the website aren't open during the off season (only the main buffet restaurant). The air con in rooms is also only available in the hotter months hence things are are bit stuffy during March until mid April when the air cons are switched on. But the rooms can be kept cool by keeping the balcony doors open at night. There's a bit of difficulty communicating with staff due to the language barrier but they do their best! Just be aware that some activities (e.g. billiards, adventure park) are charged extra but prices are reasonable. We really enjoyed the spa and Turkish bath experience. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

14 days of amazing hospitalilty from Innvista Belek. We had a lovely room service lady, Aysel who greeted us every morning with a smile and quickly became friendly with my son! She is meticulous in her cleaning and tries her best to work around our schedule when my son is sleeping during the day. She cleaned our room thoroughly and also did very cute towel sculptures on our bed which always put a smile on our face. To the groundskeeper who helped me find my shorts when the wind blew it over. To the amazing staff in the dining area who always offer us drinks and bring a highchair for my son . A special mention to the reception staff to Ekaterina and Murat who sorted out a meeting room for me everyday day to attend a conference call and with Murat who I spoke to everyday, they are all so friendly. 

Guest Relations Aykut , Kader and the manager Darya Yildiz is very helpful and we had a very nice chess ♟️ game with Aykut.

I loved my stay here and would highly recommend to everyone !! Hospitality is what makes this place world class. The facility is very clean with constant 24/7 cleaners. 10-15 minute walk to land of legend and the nearest mosque. Very fast broadband also . Will definitely be coming back next year

Ironman için konakladım. Konum ve shuttle hizmetleri kusursuzdu. Personel genel olarak fena değildi. Odaların ses izolasyonu çok iyi değildi, temizlik ve yatakların rahatlığı, odaların büyüklüğü iyiydi. Bisikletim asansöre ve odaya rahat sığdı. En şikayetçi olduğum konu, kahvaltı kalitesi ve çeşitliliğiydi. Bir vegan olarak kahvaltıda patates dışında bir seçenek bulamadım, sadece bir sabah mantar vardı. Geldiğimiz bu çağda artık tüm yemeklerde alerjen listesi olmalı ve vegan seçeneklerin sayısı arttırılmalı (yulaf ezmesi, humus, avokado, fasulye, mantar vs.)

The check-in experience was excellent. Despite arriving a couple of hours early at 12 PM, the staff efficiently checked us in without any hassle. The porters were extremely helpful and prompt. Our room, although a bit small for an interconnecting setup, was clean and comfortable. Special mention goes to the dedicated cleaner on block 3, 4th floor, an older lady who consistently impressed us with her meticulous cleaning, early visits, and polite manner. In terms of dining and food, the hotel offered a variety of options. Over our stay, we tried four à la carte restaurants. Some dishes were good whilst, others were not! In the main restaurant, most dishes weren't perfectly suited for the British palate, but we always found something satisfying. The breakfast, though consistent, became a bit repetitive after a few days. The poolside snack bar was good and the patisserie offered a good assortment of cakes and biscuits. The service provided by the waitstaff was commendable. The pools were a highlight of the hotel. With a multitude of pools available, they never felt overcrowded. The main pools provided a relaxing and serene experience. The absence of deck chair reservations was a welcome surprise, ensuring that guests had fair access to seating throughout the day. We were put off using the spa facility due to rude customer service from the stocky towel man. He was rude and quibbled when changing the towels. It's a shame, as the spa could have been a great addition to our stay.

Das Hotel entspricht nicht dem 5 Sterne Standard - leider. Vieles ist "abgenutzt" oder leicht defekt (Möbel, Wände, usw.). Zimmergrösse tiptop, Bett sehr bequem. Insgesamt war der Aufenhalt ok - aber ich würde das Hotel nicht erneut buchen.

Really rate this hotel
Really excellent hotel for the price we paid. Food is incredible, really fresh, restocked often, always hot. There are the same repetitive things but also new dishes every day in abundance and a bbq section at night. Quite a big cocktail menu, mainly local spirits but still good. Hotel spotlessly clean all the time. My baby is too young for kids club but took him in a few days to play with toys to escape the heat and the staff took him off me for half hour while I had a brew, meant to be 15 euro per hour babysitting service so this was appreciated. A la cartes are ok, have to be up early to be first queing to get in and food is no better than in the main restaurant tbh. Negatives, bed is a bit hard. Balcony is v small. Don't use the spa, they are charging 120 euro for Turkish bath and massage, google the same Kadriye and it's 20 euro pp at the spa or near the beach. Taxis are a rip off outside but not the hotels fault. Walk past land of legends for 5 mins and can get the bus to Belek. Be aware the pool cabanas are not free as stated here, they are 20 euro per day Overall really good holiday

الفندق ممتاز وقريب الى لاند اووف لجند مشي ٧ دقائق تقريباً فقط لو يفتحون بالفندق الالعاب المائيه للاطفال طوال اليوم من دون توقف لان في وقت يتوقف الماي وتالي يرجع تشتغل للزحلاقيات

I like the amount of pools that they had and the pavilions. The are was great as well.
