We are very sad to hear that there were things throughout your stay that did not meet your expectations. During the winter season the most of outdoor restaurants and bars are closed. Because of the bad weather conditions and hotel occupancy the service is not avaliable. However, be kindly noted that the Turсa restaurant which is located outside is open 24/7. Also you may visit the Сalista cafe, Тhe main restaurant Bellum, Vitamin bar, Jazz bar, Cool bar in winter and enjoy various drinks in Black bar.If you would like to give us another chance, we will be very happy to welcome you again at our hotel. Great experience
Overall, it was a great experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The hotel maintained a high level of cleanliness, and the food exceeded our expectations in terms of both taste and quality. Given our high expectations prior to our visit, we were not disappointed in the least. Additionally, other restaurants, apart from the open buffet, were also great, though there is room for improvement in the Italian à la carte restaurant. The night entertainment was also fun, and we had a great time. I recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

Calista is a fantastic resort. From the moment we arrived to departure the service and staff were great, ensuring every request and need was catered to. Our room was large abd spacious and everywhere was exceptionally clean. Food and drink was high quality, premium brands and the sushi restaurant was awesome. Buffet restaurant was one of the best I’ve been to. Lastly the resort entertainment was really good, very impressive production in the evenings and good daytime agenda. Thanks to the Calista team, we hope to be back.

This place was the most beautiful place I ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in over a hundred 5 star hotels (it’s a hobby of mine). From the technology, service, cleanliness, beauty, all the way to the beautiful fragrance of the resort was perfect. The food was delicious. There’s not a thing I could say that needs improvement.

Отель хороший, цена немного завышена. Гест релейшен изначально дал номер с видом на сад, хотя у меня был бесплатный апгрей и январь не сезон в отеле. Далее отдых был комфортный, предоставили один бесплатный ужин в a la carte ресторане. Когда утопили айфон, дали ведерко с рисом подсушить. Персонал отзывчивый и внимательный.

Absolutely didn’t meet our expectations, the price per room has been raised tremendously (due to COVID and all the actually decent hotel are booked), but the service and overall quality has nothing to do with luxury and worth a 3 star hotel level tops. Miserable management staff at the reception that just yells and defends their hotel and does nothing to help a customer, from check in to requesting a cabana we received a horrible experience. Overall hotel staff has no experience, barely understands English or Russian, we always received wrong orders. Hotel is over booked right now, forget social distancing- buffet is a joke, small room with guests climbing on top of each other to get eggs and cheese for 15 mins. Food and liquor quality is a cheap cruise or airplane food level. Room cleaning staff is overwhelmed, goes in and out of rooms in 5 mins, doesn’t vacuum floor, forget about disinfecting anything. Hotel in itself has very basic amenities for Belek area, Only positive side was the miniclub and miniclub entertainment personnel. Overall, do not overpay for this hotel-not worth it , we are def not coming back here.

وصلنا في وقت متاخر قليلاً ولايوجد ترحيب من الفندق وكذلك تم تاخير دخولنا والسبب ان السستم متعطل ، الغرف عادية جداً وتعتبر قديمة ، نظام الفندق يعتبر ممتاز من حيث الاكل فهو يوفر وجبات مجانية في كل وقت افطار/ غداء/ عشاء ، اللوبي للفندق جيد جداً ، التجربة كانت متوسطة الى مرتفعه نوعا ما ولكن كنت اتمنى افضل من ذلك بحكم السعر للغرفه

Nice hotel , bad food
Food was really bad , bars and drinks a very good , people are very welcoming and helpfull , everything was very good except the food , the meat was disappointing at all meals

very nice and good smell hotel !
It’s really nice and comfortable and masterjob service hotel for accommodations and holidays ! During our short trip there was Turkish sport people and have nice environment in hotel ! Foods are very good ! And lobby is wide and lovely . There is also heated pool outside next to spa . So we are thankedful for all to staff ! I hope to visit again soon ! Plus : rooms are 50m2 all of them !
